Excellent unit. Some of you may find the following directions helpful. Set up: Step 1. Push the bottom front panel up about 1/4". Step 2. Flip the panel so it is perpendicular to the face of the book stand (like the bottom of a capital "L"). Step 3. Push the panel in, then down, until it is snug with face of the unit, and the small prongs in the side of each corner mechanism are in the DOWN position. Step 4. Adjust the large black plastic stand on the back to the desired angle.
