i picked up pure for men multi hoping to streamline my morning routine and to be honest i was skeptical about another big tablet. the bottle fits neatly on my nightstand and the pills slide down easily with a gulp of water. after about two weeks i noticed my afternoon crash wasn’t as brutal and my focus felt sharper even on days when i skipped coffee. my nails chip less and my hair seems a bit fuller too. there’s no odd aftertaste and i’ve had zero stomach upset, even on an empty belly. it’s not a miracle cure but it’s the most complete multivitamin i’ve tried and it makes me feel proactive about my health. if you want a simple all-in-one boost without juggling half a dozen bottles this one delivers.

Love it, take this everyday

I know the bottle suggests 2 pills a day but that just seems excessive once you read how much of each vitamin is in each serving. Over 1000% of the daily suggested consumption for a lot of the vitamins.I have not talked to my doctor about this yet to see if I should take 2 a day, or even take this at all but I have been taking this for about 2 months and am taking 1 a day with food and plenty of water.As other reviews say, it will turn your urine neon yellow ( mine was clear 'straw' before), which could mean that I am getting too many nutrients than my body can handle - we urinate out the excess. My bowel movements are more predictable but I would not take this multivitamin in place of the fiber supplements which will actually have a noticeable effect on your bowel movements.Overall there is not much of a difference I see taking these and I may adjust how many I take after talking further with my doctor comparing other multi vitamins.

I don't know why I skipped out on buying these again! I definitely can tell a difference going over 2 months without them 🤦 i definitely won't be doing that again! I felt so much better physical and more if so mentally especially since I have a several mental issues but it is what it is, I also felt I had more energy,stamina and sleep was better which I'm having difficulties with.

These are great. I take one a day and I definitely noticed a difference when I forgot to take one. I would highly recommend these and definitely buy again.

Didn't feel any better or more regular. I'm not sure if they work?!?! I wouldn't buy these again. Just stick to regular fiber, it's cheaper and they do work. They were shipped well and safe too. Never will repurchase these.
