Useful and works well for homemade books and for pamphlets.
Exactly what it says, and it works well. Needs a large space to store, might not fit most desk drawers. Well-made and not too heavy. Comes well boxed and incudes staples. Easy to use. No issue.

Sturdy, Easy to use, Perfect Alignment
This extended stapler was exactly what we needed to secure the booklets we made. We just needed about an extra inch past a regular stapler's reach so it was tedious to put the them together before. This Stapler works Perfectly & easily secures 20 pages. It's much easier with the proper tools!

works fine for my booklets
I needed a stapler that could staple a 1/2 fold booklet. this works great. The only issue is I have to put tape on the piece that should hold the paper so it staples in the proper place. I usually have 2 or 3 pages is all for each booklet, but I make around 100.

It has its issues...
First of all: this is a cheap stapler, so you get what you pay for. The ruler is useless, the backstop moves a little to easily. I don't need it that frequently, so that's why I chose this cheap one. It stapled fine through the booklet I made, which is 3 sheets of paper and 1 sheet of card stock. I didn't have the problems that other reviewers had with staples bending the wrong way or not wanting to go through the paper or the stapler jamming. (Not yet, anyway). As far as setting the distance of the backstop: it's a matter of eyeballing it since the lines on the ruler don't match up with what we expect of inches. Initially it looks like the inches are correct, just the lines in between aren't, but when you put a real ruler alongside it you see that as you go farther back on the ruler with every inch it's a little more off. Line up what you are stapling to the side of the stapler to determine the position of the backstop. Then either don't push the paper against the backstop too hard OR determine the distance and stick a piece of tape underneath to hold it in place. Which may be the best option if you have a lot of booklets to staple. It looks like it's okay for my occasional use, but if you are looking for a stapler to handle larger volumes and thicker stacks I don't think this is your best option.

Perfect
I bought this stapler specifically for Homecoming season. It works perfectly and exactly for what I needed it to. I definitely recommend other Texan florists and mum makers to add this stapler to their toolbox.

Does not work
Does NOT work. I even tried a different brand of staples than what came with and still the results were mangled staples. Mind you I was using to only to staple 3 pages MAX, nothing heavy.
