I had foot surgery and wasn't supposed to remove the surgical shoe. I was supposed to elevate it and keep it iced as much as possible for the first two weeks.I, initially, bought this neck ice wrap to help alleviate my husband's migraines.But, he had the brilliant idea to use it on my foot. It's SUPER cold coming out of the freezer. We keep the insert in it's protective bag in the freezer so it's always cold and ready to use.He devised a way to keep it secure around my foot with the shoe on using two small bungee ties. The cold even penetrates the shoe! This wrap is WONDERFUL!!Great purchase! We highly recommend it!

Having the cover for it is great. No looking for a towel to put under it.

I love the length and weight of this cold pack. It reaches all the way around my neck and then some. It doesn’t freeze solidly but does stay cold for a long while. The material they use to cover it however is itchy… I even put the whole thing inside a pillowcase and I still felt the itch…! I will take it out of the cloth cover tonight and just put the bag in a pillowcase. That is manageable. Maybe in the future, you can find a softer, less itchy material to cover the bag.

Had surgery on my chest and couldn't find an ice pack long enough to cover the whole incision so figured I'd give this a try and it's perfect!I did try to use it on my neck as intended but, personally the clay is a bit too hard to be comfortable when frozen.Overall I highly recommend this ice pack, it's definitely more versatile because of the length and it hold the cold just as described without being painful.

Flexible cold for all shapes and sizes. The clay keeps cold longer than a gel. Works on shoulder, knee, neck, back, pretty much anywhere as it shapes to you. We found it useful and effective for hip replacement surgery. The clay is heavy, so it is likely to stay in place.

This has saved my life and my husband's, j/k lol. When I have a hot flash, I put this on and there's instant relief! It really does stay cool for 45 min and it doesn't stink like freezer either. Would buy again and recommend to all.

I purchased this product after much research. I wanted a different solution than using a ziplock bag filled with ice cubes.The good thing on this product is that it does stay cool except that it's not as cold as a ziplock bag filled with ice. It also doesn't create moisture unlike my homemade solution.Putting this ice pack over a tshirt takes a bit to feel the effect (again in comparison to a ziplock bag filled with ice).I would still use this product when I'm on the move. Otherwise, I'd stick to my ziplock bag of ice.Note: I have high tolerance on pain, so keep that in mind on my review. For others, it may be sufficient.

the two icewraps were my best friends for weeks, they are perfect fit to help me rest, I cannot take pain medication so cold is so much relief and the fact that these two icewraps do not get stone hard in the freezer allowed me to wrap around my chest area and was able to fall asleep and calm the fire.
