I have ordered these multiple times, great product. You can cut them shorter if required with a metal blade. Very sturdy and good price for the item.

These are great for shallow floating shelves. They are sturdy and and easy to use. By purchasing individual brakets like this you can customize the spacing and placement of the brackets to suit your needs. I recommend getting a longer drill bit to drill the holes in your shelf/wood-- or do what I wound up doing: either use a router or chisel to carve out space for the plate to recess into the back of your shelf. This eliminates the need for a longer drill bit and helps ensure the shelf sits flush against the wall. My only complaint is that they don't come with a small screw to secure from underneath to lock the brackets-- without them your shelf can pull off the wall if someone pulled on it.

I've purchased these back in 2021 and they are really sturdy and very good quality brackets, along with very easy to install. However, I still don't like the drywall anchors that come with the screws. They are very cheap quality and tend to not anchor into the drywall, as they're intended to do. I had to purchase different 3rd party anchors that worked 10x's better than the ones supplied with the product. Overall, it's a good wall bracket, just needs better drywall anchors IMO.

I used these brackets to make a multi-tiered shelf system so my cat can scale the wall up to her food plate, away from the opportunistic canines that roam my house.The cat is happy, and we enjoy seeing her go up and down the shelves. I used GRK screws to screw all brackets into studs (you'll need to orient the flange plates vertically) and am confident these can carry a lot of weight. Maybe 25-50lbs before they would start to deflect a bit, so plenty for some 3/4" pine and my cat.

Needed some brackets for some shelves I’m making and these fit the bill, remember to buy the drill and fixture set to help drill the holes into your shelf!!

These are very sturdy mounts for floating shelves. I wouldn't go any other way. I used to build wood frames and it took alot more time and work. I would recommend removing the drywall behind them to get a truly sturdy shelf that will never sag.

Sturdy brackets hides well for floating shelves

In theory this product makes sense, however in practice, it is quite challenging to use properly. There are a couple of issues that cause this to be true:1. The manufacturing quality is not super consistent - the angle of the bars is slightly different on every one, meaning some you need to put right side up, and some upside down in order to get them to all align at the midpoint of the shelf you are installing (assuming you have pre-drilled all your holes in the exact center of the shelf). I don't think this is intended, and it sounds like a dumb idea to put any upside down since the screw holes aren't setup to support that (but I drilled extra holes as identified in point 2 to address this), however without mixing and matching, there would be no chance that you could get all of these to line up unless you got extremely lucky.2. The spacing of the holes for the screws are such that you cannot get both sided screwed into a stud. This means you must either use a drywall anchor on one side, or drill an additional hole in the metal so that you can get two screws into the stud. I did go through this effort for many of them and it greatly increased the holding strength, but it was quite difficult to do. You need to have the right tools to hold it in place while drilling and a new, sharp metal drilling bit.
