It was beyond any of my expectations. I differently wanted a statement lighting in my dining room. It actually changed the decor over the dining table. Everyone who sees it loves it. It probably took 1 hour to install including screwing in the rods. I'm buying another for my DIL for Christmas.

Took about 20 minutes to assemble. Would recommend taking out the spikes closest to where it mounts in the bracket until you get the screws in--would have saved a lot of time. E12 soft white 3w bulbs look a lot brighter in person than in the pic. Very pretty.

Others mention the color but wanted to reiterate… this is not gold. Is a closer to a rose gold. Lovely light though. Makes a big statement and is very bright!

I like the light itself, just arrived damaged. Several of the rods are really scratched up. There are 4 or 5 rods that arrived stripped and are unable to be screwed into the base…. Very frustrating.

Read the other reviews and I agree that it was better to install prior to putting all the rods on. The installation was very easy - I was able to do it by myself and it worked the first time. The written instructions are a bit difficult but the illustration helps. I love the look of the light. Took advice from another review and used night lights, however may try brighter bulbs. It does put off a beautiful glow!

I bought the silver. It's gorgeous. The reflection of the rods on the ceiling is just enough to be pleasing to the eye rather than offensive. The light is also not overly bright as one would think from having 12 bulbs. I'm pleased.

Je suis agréablement surprise de ce luminaire, j’avais eu un coup de cœur pour un modèle semblable mais beaucoup plus cher. J’ai tenté le coup en commandant celui-ci à moindre coût et je l’adore! Beau look et bel éclairage! Très satisfaite

Takes awhile to assemble. Seems somewhat cheap. Hate the holes in the end of the prong things. The good is it's pretty when lite up and very very bright.

Wow this unit tookforever to install.It was placed in the living room with 16 ft ceilings.You better get plenty of sleep the day before...you'll need it

You get what you pay for. This is pretty cheap for this type of light fixture. Once assembled it was quite big. However the rods were tricky to screw on and there are so many! Other than that it is beautiful and exactly like pictured
