Q: Does it contain yeast extract?

There is no yeast extract. The complete list of ingredients is as follows: Filtered water, Grass-Fed Beef Bones, Organic Onions, Organic Carrots, Organic Celery, Organic Parsley, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, Black Peppercorn, Bay, Thyme, Rosemary Extract.

Q: How can this be low-fodmap if it contains garlic and mushrooms?

That's a great question! I am Alex with Kettle & Fire Happiness. I will be happy to answer it for you :-) Our bone broth is cooked with a small amount of onion and other vegetables and spices. Once it is finished cooking, everything is strained out, we package the broth. We actually use an extremely small amount of onion, personally what I would consider to be trace amounts lol. When I found out the amount and was surprised by how little it is. We have been seeing excellent results from people using our bone broth to treat IBS and other digestive issues so it has not enough to cause adverse side effects in our customers! Q: Are the bones from grass fed, organic cows?

Yes, all bones are from cattle that have been pasture-raised and are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. All are raised organically.

Q: Does it contain sugar or maltodextrin?

Not all all. There is no added sugar or artificial ingredient of any kind.
