Worked perfectly
Used to clean a heavily trafficked, light colored, small stone shower floor. Built up staining that normal products like soft scrub or bartenders cleaner wouldn’t touch. Installed on my 5” grinder and set to lowest speed. Medium light back and forth passes. Cleaned immediately! No wear or damage to cup brush! Dave’s hours of scrubbing labor that may not have succeeded anyway! Caution, use slowest speed available and allow grinder some rest so as not to overheat motor!Great product!

Actually works and lasts
I needed to lightly remove some areas of stain that was peeling on my log cabin. After pressure washing, not all of the peeling stain came off so I was left with the option to wire brush. I purchased the 6" cup and purchased a cheap variable speed polisher from harbor freight. This cup will last longer than the polisher. I went over my entire building about 1500 sq ft of logs and it hardly showed any wear. I will say you definitely need a variable speed tool or this thing will most likely come apart over about 3500 rpm. I ran mine most the time around 1500rpms. Works great and gently removed the flaking stain and with more speed/pressure, sanded areas clean back to bare wood.

Works pretty well for me.
I purchased this to use on wood to remove old finishes, although it did do that pretty well, it would have been better if it contained some engrained abrasives to help with the job. For the price it will work and has held up fairly well during this testing. I do understand this is not what it was advertised as the primary use, so I am not disappointed with the product.

An absolute MUST for bed liner prep.
First thing's first..do NOT use this brush with an angle grinder (most are 10,000+ rpm and will absolutely destroy this brush and be impossible to handle)I went out and got a cheap automotive buffer meant for buffing car paint. I got mine from Harbor Freight for $45. Buffers work great because they have variable speed settings, and they have sturdy grips to hold on to. IMPORTANT: Make sure the buffer has a 5/8 shank so that you can unscrew the buffer pad and screw on this brush. This thing cut down my sanding time by like 500% and it makes life a breeze! Don't spin it too fast! Sometimes slower speed setting the best. I sanded the bed of the truck in the attached picture in about 5 minutes tops. Absolutely worth it's weight in gold.TL;DR: Buy a cheap buffer with 5/8 shank, don't use this with an angle grinder.

Great quality
Bought to scuff my truck bed before applying Raptor liner. Worked very well on a rotary buffer. Do NOT use on a grinder. It spins way too fast and will damage the brush or the surface you’re trying to scuff. A variable speed buffer from Harbor Freight works perfect. Would buy again!

Good product for stuffing up inside of pickup bed for DIY bedliner.
This is a good product for scuffing up or sanding. you have to spin it at its recommended speed or slower or it melts away quickly and will transfer the plastic to the surface. it's a very aggressive and hard to control sanding action, any highspots were stripped off quickly. it has a lot of torque as it flattens out to 8 inches when you spin it. You don't want it to be flat. The slower it turns the better it sands. The brush fits into the corners and curves well and you bear down on a little to fit into dents. Use safety gear / a good dust mask and sand outside - it makes dust. Used yard blower to remove most of dust. I used a Harbor Freight $20 angle grinder which is not the correct tool and toggled the power switch to spin slowly. This put stress on HF angle grinder and and it was OOC after doing the bed scuff and 6 dents that needed to be done . I accomplished stuffing the pickup bed truck in about 1 hr. "Using the wrong power tool to run it" It was well worth it. Still have 3/4 of brush left. I was prepping bed for DIY $100 herculiner coating; due to unseasonable exceptionally freezing cold weather= I could not keep my garage at a stable temperature. Bed was sprayed with base Line-X. My friend is happy because we're doing his truck with free DIY coating and he'll supply refreshing drinks.

6" Cup Brush, Nylon Filament
This thing is a huge time saver, I've been using it to scuff the box on my truck to prepare for the bed liner. I've been running it in my cordless drill at the low setting. It makes my drill very heavy while holding it and it pretty large in diameter. If you have a lot of nooks and crannies to get into, you might want to find a smaller brush. This is perfect for the floor of the box but the sides around the wheel wells are a little tight. A few quick passes takes the shine right off, sit there too long or have the metal cup hit the surface, and you'll be into the primer or metal pretty fast. I've done over half the box at this point, and it still appears to be new with the exception of the dust on it.
