Standard replacement part
This are standard volvo parts, they are a bit more than than most other plugs . I experienced little difference in longevity or performance ,vs the Bosch Supers that lasted well over 100k when I changed them .

It was sluggish when starting and slowing down and sounded like it was having problems shifting at higher speeds
I'm going to be honest with you here. I am so freaking proud of myself! I just installed these on my 2004 Volvo S60 2.4L. My wife had come home from work and said the car was messed up. It was sluggish when starting and slowing down and sounded like it was having problems shifting at higher speeds. I took it for a drive and it indeed was having those issues. We both saw the dash read something about "slow down or shift up". Our check engine light has been on for years (fuel evap sensor) so that didn't catch our attention. But it did start flashing on us.I ended up driving it to work and back for a few days while we waiting for the ignition coils (shipped Prime) and the Volvo spark plugs (estimated 7 day shipment) to come in. The spark plugs ended up only taking about 3 days to get here. I decided to dive in tonight and fix this stupid car!I realize I don't have many miles on them as of yet so take my review for what it's worth (probably not much). I ended up going with the Volvo spark plugs after reading these reviews here. I thought I wanted Bosch or NGK but after reading I realized the Volvo coils were out there and were the best for the job.The only trouble I had was breaking loose the old spark plugs. I was worried I was going to break one off but they eventually all came out. They certinally were more stubborn than the plugs the guy had on the YouTube video I was watching.I ended up going with these Delphi GN10334 Ignition Coils and the Volvo 8642660 Spark Plugs, From the information I found online I decided it was important to replace all of both the coils and plugs along with getting Volvo plugs over NGK, Bosch or Denso. The job should take you about an hour although I probably took mine close to 2 hours just because I was being careful. I didn't buy anything from them but I would like to thank "Auto Parts Direct To You" for the great YouTube video for guidance. The car is driving better than I ever remember it driving. I need to find something else to fix!

Great replacement for my after market plugs. Immediate improvement in gas mileage and seems to be peppier. (Received shipment fast too.).

The best choice for 2.4 N/A engine
Don't use any other plug in your Volvo N/A engines. These will not give any problems and the performance is spot on. 2000 Volvo V70, 2.4 N/A engine, FWD, auto.

Perfect plug, poor packaging.
Although I hate to give this excellent spark plug designed exclusively for my S70 a 3 star, its for shipping rather than the plugs. Unfortunately the plugs were packaged without any padding in an over sized box causing them to come out of their original package and allowing them to be shaken, dropped, tossed, rattled, mixed up, ground together and generally handled by USPS or any delivery source for who knows how many days. Since there is no way to verify if they still have their original factory gap still set due to the 3 electrode design I guess a visual inspection will have to be "good enough". As the owner of 3 Volvo's for many years that I preform all maintenance and repairs on this will be the first time I will being doing a tune up "assuming everything is correct" I do appreciate Gilbert Volvo's fair price just not the person who felt the packaging was well, good enough.
