I was thrilled to find these in a package deal. I had been ordering some of them individually for quite some time now. This package is a money safer, and the scents are lovely

high quality. Lovely, gentle fragrance. Only issue is that these are not long lasting so for the price it doesn’t last as long as I would like. but I still believe it is worth the extra cost b/c it burns so clean and pure. Delightful experience

I LOVE Nippon Kodo and I still believe their incenses are the BEST in the world, but…. This set was disappointing. Sure it is a lot cheaper than their premium grade ones, but still I expected higher quality from Nippon Kodo… I barely smell anything from these. I’ll never buy these again.

Love these. It was a great way to sample different scents, I love most of them (one is perfectly fine, just less my taste), and Nippon Kodo’s quality can’t be beat.

The incense are nicely packaged and each one comes with a little incense holder so you can even gift them if you'd like. This is a nice and unexpected bonus. The scent before the incense is lit is so pretty!! But that's where all the pros end, because when I light these incenses the scent that it actually throws is pretty generic, and nondescript, they all smell the same to me and doesn't even have the same essence as it had when it unlit.

I like the Japanese incense sticks as they aren't as intense, these in particular have a subtle fragrance to them that adds a nice touch since I normally don't like an intense smell of incense. Great to clear the air. They don't last that long but overall it's fine as I don't need incense burning for long periods of time. They come with a very small ceramic tile to hold your incense but you do need to put it on a plate to catch the ash. I do like this added tile, and as a result, returning an incense holder/burner I had purchased just for this purpose. I just put the tile on a small dish and since the incense sticks aren't that long, a smaller dish works fine. I bought this variety set to try the different scents to see which ones I liked best - FYI if you buy them directly from the vendor's website, it's free shipping over $50. I would say my favorite scent was the green tea/matcha.
