Fitted this to my granddaughters iPhone and now reboots every three minutes showing mic1 not found

Product Faulty. Don’t Buy.
I’ve done this process successfully before when my phone stopped charging. However, my microphone has degraded recently so I’ve bought ANOTHER one. After fitting this product the microphone went from not working very well unless I’m on speaker to just not working at all. I’ve put the original flex port back in and the microphone is back to working (albeit poorly). Clearly this product is broken.I would like a refund.

Damaged
Product seemed okay then halfway through fixing my phone I noticed that an area was not made properly and didn’t connect to other components. I now have to order from another supplier.

I want my money back or a new item sent ASAP tell me why the teeth on the connection are broke half way down it will not connect to the phone at all
