Good Quality
Despite some negative reviews, I purchased this tap and am pleased with my decision. After using it for a few months, it has proven reliable. I appreciate the pull-out feature and the availability of two spray options. One spray option provides a bubbly flow, while the other offers high pressure. Operating it is as simple as any regular tap, and the lightweight tap head adds to the convenience. Additionally, its beautiful vintage gold colour complements our kitchen theme. While it's currently in good condition, I acknowledge the possibility of changes in the future, such as potential rust or other issues with the pull-out feature.

Tap arrived marked and no way to contact seller
Tried to contact seller have not found a way and only option is to return. I would like to speak with seller otherwise tap looks good (not been in use yet)

Poor quality
The media could not be loaded. I’ve only had this tapIn a couple of weeks and came home to a flood …the tap connector has snapped inside tap cheap material n flooded my house has I was at work n tap hadn’t been used….cannot contact seller for refund 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Water just trickles out
Looks good but water just trickles out. Apparently this is “normal”.

Easy DIY task
I say if I can fix it then anyone can. It was a simple DIY task and is a very elegant tap. the flow is accurate and pull out spout works as expected. The metal does look durable and expensive. I'd recommend

Looks great, fittings don't work
Was delighted by the look of this however fittings were of very poor quality and not fit for purpose, waste of money. Now having to replace the tap completely.

Great tap
I love this tap bought for my new utility and it’s perfect .

Works fine but!
Where the next fits into the tap base is very wibbly, it's a bit plasticy as well but gor the money, cant complain abut that. The other thing to bare in mind is the restriction onbge end rake the high pressure main and reduces it so if you are on a low gravity fed system then it comes out at a dribble unless you get a pump.Other than that. All OK. Fairly standard easy fitting with good length flexible hoses and the pull out and spray functions are a nice touch
