The scooter arrived very quickly. It was well packaged. It could have been dropped from a helicopter and still not have any damage.The only problem I had was assembling the seat post. I dropped the concave washer while trying to put on the bold. It fell in the triangle piece that has electric wires. I even tipped the front part of the scooter upside down to release the washer. No such luck so I had to contact the company to get another one. I think the bold should be maybe a quarter inch longer to give you a bit more room to put on the nut. Otherwise, I have been pleased with the product and the customer service at Buzzaround and the mobile scooter distributor.

My mom really likes this product. It arrived on time and was ready to go. She gets around nicely in it.

This is my first mobility scooter. I have had back issues most of my life due to scoliosis and severe arthritis in my lower back. It was tolerable up until June 2020 when I ended up getting endocarditis that hospitalized me for 24 days. My back got so bad that I couldn’t walk without a walker and it sent me to the ER 2 times by EMS squad. That is how the stumbled across the endocarditis. Since then I have underwent through 2 RFA procedures (minimal results) trying to get my back to the point where I could do everything I did before. As of right now I can’t even walk 1 block without being trashed the rest of the day. This scooter has given me more freedom to go out and do things like walk the dogs with my wife. My only complaint about the scooter is the weight of the main deck with tiller and front wheels but it isn’t a deal breaker. I purchased this scooter from the promedica, a local dealer of this brand and was surprisingly cheaper costing me only $1,835. With this dealer being a medical supplies retailer I was able to get a script from my doctor for it and didn’t have to pay sales tax on it. Also despite the weight I am able to leave it in the trunk of my Malibu and take just the batteries in and charge them. I was told that I needed to buy and extra charging dock to do so but when I got home there was a cable that came with the charger for that purpose. This saved me almost $75. The retailer wasn’t aware and said that it is probably something new Golden technologies is doing. I did extensive research into many scooters and this is by far top of the line in its class on specs. 5mph, up to 18 miles (rated with 200 pounds of weight on it) on a single charge and very easy to disassemble and reassemble. It’s well worth it. This is a little larger than some of the other brands but that is to be expected with the increase in specs and weight capacity.
