I’ve been a professional photographer for 20 years, unfortunately my college education was very focused on western photography. I had no idea what color was for until I studied this book. I also had no idea what India smelled or sounded or felt like. If you don’t know his work you might want to check it out. If, like me, you need to learn more about photography- consider Fan Ho as well.

Buy this if you love street photography. It should be one of your book collection

This book really captures everyday life in India.Brought back many memories.

Although my order was delayed, I enjoyed the end product.

I think the author has been eclipsed and photography has simply moved on.I expected so much more from it after reading the glowing reviews. After a week of still not liking the book I finallyreturned it to Amazon and rarely return anything.
