I’ve had this rug for over 1 year and it still looks new and feels amazing. I’m planning on buying another one for our bedroom.

Great rug for the price
This rug was so perfect for our living room. I love the abstract print it drew all the colors in from our furniture and drapes, I will order again from them.

Beautiful rug, terrible customer service
This rug is STUNNING. However, the color is definitely more royal blue than navy. Therefore, does not match my living room. I'm very disappointed that I am required to pay just as much to ship this rug back as what I paid for the rug itself. Shipping is $270. The verbage for returns makes it sound like returns are a breeze. But what they don't share is how much it costs to ship the item back. I was charged $25 for shipping initially. So, I figured I'd have to pay the same amount to ship it back. I have purchased 2 other rugs from this company and love them. Super bummed returns aren't easier/cheaper.The seller said I can get a discounted label from Amazon... I have found no such option. I am disappointed in their lack of help with this issue.
