Supervision for Civil Service Exams

First of all I take many civil service exams so I think studying only helps you get in the mindset of taking a civil service exam because the booklet won't have the same questions as the test. Which makes sense so that people won't cheat. What I like about this book is that they show some questions that I have seen on tests in the past and it has helped me better answer them. There are no guarantees that you will see similar questions on the test as the one in the booklet but I do like how this book gives you an idea on how to answer management related questions because I never have seemed to do well with these types of questions on real exams . The best way to do well on civil service tests are from experience in actually taking many tests.

Book was very useful, only minor dislikes were a couple of mis-spellings, other than that it was very informative.

I passed the test but no thanks to this book. Questions are too easy, there are too few of them and they don't cover a wide enough range of supervision responsibilities.
