Harley-Davidson: American Freedom Machines

Gave this book to an older friend who last rode an FLH Harley, but was also spent 50 years on various Harley’s. He held three PHDs and taught philosophy at Harvard University for 35 years. Told me stories of being with the Hell’s Angels and attending bike week in Laconia NH, Sturgis and somewhere down south where they weren’t too welcomed. He tells me he goes through the book quite often for nostalgia.

I purchased this book for a friend who was thrilled to have a book on Harley Davidson that spanned its entire history. Great pictures and chronology.

This book was a Christmas gift and the recipient couldn't put it down.
