I have wide feet, and these were more on the tight side and didn't come up all the way on the sides of my feet! But unlike most other sticky stocks, this pair has sticky pads covering the entire foot, which provides awesome gripping on the barre/yoga floors. I got a small and have a 6.5-7 shoe size, and I found the socks to be slightly tight, in that you could really feel it pull in the areas between the toes (not around the toes). I'm not sure if a medium would be too large. Anyway, I would recommend, they are quality socks and cute! I didn't like wearing them inside of shoes or anything in my commute to the studios because I found them uncomfortable.

I ordered a medium as I wear a size 9 shoe. I would recommend a small as the mediums move around a bit. I have tried a few different brands but feel Toesox is the best.

I ordered these socks not for Yoga or Ballet but have fallen in love with these socks for no other reason than they are EXTREMELY comfortable. After having them for awhile I had to order more. So HAPPY!

Nice fit, she has narrow feet but fit nicely enough for her palates classes.
