Guillteau Fromager D'Affinois, .43 lb

This is absolutely the best brie on the market! I have put it out at parties and it's always the first cheese all eaten. Brie isn't normally the most liked cheese on a cheese plate and this one is! Even the rind that surrounds the creamy inside is all gobbled up to the point that there's nothing left where it was sitting! It might be a little spendy but its worth every bite!RR

Originally I bought this cheese at a Whole Foods store a couple months ago and loved it. Then I made the mistake of ordering it and it on Amazon. It came to me in Oregon from a deli in Pennsylvania. It was packed with ice, which had all melted. The cheese doesn't taste that great.- strange after taste. I wonder if traveling in the heat had something to do with it. I haven't returned this product, which is my bad.

The flavor is so mild that it doesn't exist. Beautifully creamy, it just has no flavor.

This is incredible cheese, served with crackers and a dapple of fig jam is absolutely perfect!
