Aqua Care Lotion for Dry Skin - 8 oz, Pack of 2

I have used Aquacare for years. It really helps to keep dry hands from cracking and getting worse.

This is a great product IF it is the 10% Urea version (left). However, Amazon lists this as a 10% Urea product but what came in is thin, watery, doesn't medicate in the same way! Read the back: on the left, Urea is listed as the #2 ingredient, on the right (what arrived today), it is the #6 ingredient.I first started using the 10% product over 30 years ago and it has been wonderful. I even gave it for Christmas presents. I hope I can find a vendor who sells the full strength product. Apparently it is NOT Amazon!

One bottle had a loose cap, so there was lotion over the two bottles.

Love this lotion!! Have used for 30 plus years. No fragrance, not greasy absorbs quickly. The picture shows pump tops but these have flip tops. I will just use my old pumps.

I bought this product expecting 10% urea lotion, as per the photos and product description. But when it arrived I found out that it isn't 10% urea anymore.My photos attached to this review show the old bottle, bought around feb '24, compared with the new bottle received from this vendor in dec '24. Contrary to the product listing, the bottle that this vendor delivered does not say "with 10% Urea" on the front, it only says "With urea". Also note the ingredients -- while the old product had urea as the second ingredient, now urea is the 6th ingredient. The lotion feels different, and doesn't relieve my dry skin, which is not surprising if they reduced the urea. The photos and description on this listing state that the product is 10% urea, but it's not.

I've been using AquaCare lotion for years. With weather-chapped skin, it immediately softens it. With rough feet, they become baby soft in a day or two. And at 64, my facial skin is smooth and relatively wrinkle-free. It works wonders for me. The urea content even helps to fade sunburns without the skin peeling. Note: I use SPF 100 and still burn sometimes. The only "complaint" I've heard from friends, is that it feels "wet", but that's what keeps the skin moisturized. I can't say enough good things about AquaCare Lotion. No joke!

I have been using this product for many, many years, however, my last purchase was disappointing.The pump has been replaced by a screw top with a small opening, the lotion is much thicker and will not go through the new top so to use this I have to unscrew the top and try to dump some into my hand.This is not an improvement. If I can no longer get the old design, I'm afraid I'll be looking for something new.
