I found this replacement seat to be of great quality, packaged well, sturdy and easy to install. It came with the option for both top and bottom fixing (it also had a small bag of 'spares').It was easy to install, easy to adjust and it fits perfectly. It's actually better than the the original seat that came with the toilet, as that one used to move around slightly!Soft close function is always a nice to have. It's also nice and easy to clean using the quick release feature.

This item was purchased on the basis of the description given. Although as described, it actually exceeded my cynical expectations. The item came professionally presented in a very descriptive, printed box and extremely well protected in a dedicated bubblewrap sleeve.The item was pleasant and lightweight to handle and felt of very good quality. Its installation was reasonably straightforward.There were only two minor issues (so minor that it didn't merit dropping my overall rating, although worth a mention).There were:1. The rubber inserts that fit into the holding fixture have to be inserted in a particular orientation otherwise the amount of manoeuvrable play is restricted. This is not indicated to the buyer in the basic drawing/instruction. When I had difficulty adjusting the fittings to the correct positioning, it was only after a few attempts that I noticed the problem. Luckily my efforts did not damage the inserts. After correctly fitting them, the installation was reasonably easy. Just a bit of my time and effort was wasted.2. Although the 'soft-close' mechanism works fine, when raising the seat it's completely loose. Being used to my old seat giving just the little resistance (which I liked) on rating the seat, every time I raise the seat it clatters heavily off the cistern. So, now I have to make a point to raise it gently.A little resistance on raising would be welcome.Overall a very good quality toilet seat.

Well packaged, so easy to install and feels great very sturdy and soft close works well if a bit firm.Nice that they include extra fitments too for both top or bottom fixings.Great value compared to all other toilet seats I've bought over the years.The fact that it can be simply and easily removed for cleaning is brilliant.My main gripe and the reason for 4 stars not 5, is that you cannot leave the seat up as only the back one will stay up.Not a big deal for ladies or if you sit down to go the loo.However if you want to stand up, when you lift the seat you have to hold it with one hand and ....well you get the picture!Nonetheless, I'm still buying another one for my daughters bathroom so it must still be pretty good.

Arrived quickly and packaged very well. Quality feel to the product and it looks expensive. Easy to fit - I chose to go with the bottom fixing, as I thought it would give the lowest likelihood of the seat moving around; so far, so good - no wiggle at all. The design of my toilet prevented me from tightening the nut for the bottom fixing using the tool provided, so I needed to use a slim spanner instead; I would have needed to switch to trying the top fixing if I did not have the right spanner. The closing mechanisms on the lid and the seat are great and the quick release works well. Good value compared to similar-looking soft-close D seats I considered buying. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and I'd recommend this loo seat to others.

This is the second one I have bought. We have two toilets and I have tried a number of other makes; this one stands out as the best quality. It comes with alternative fixings (and spares) and it is very easy to fit. The seat is easily removed, making it easier to clean the toilet. Recommended.

I’m so happy with my purchase, Thankyou . It was exceptional value, this company obviously care about their product, the packaging was well thought out and the instructions were so easy to follow . The fitments and toilet seat were of high quality, the seat is made exceptionally well and I used the top fittings ( and it comes with spares). It was no hassle to fit , so easy to do, The bonus is the removal button it has to remove the seat, making hygiene cleaning so much easier. Once fitted there in no movement and the mechanism closure is so well constructed.I would have no hesitation in recommending this product.

This seat is very well designed! It was super easy to fit, from above, rather than having to fiddle with bolts underneath, although it can be fitted this way if your toilet requires this. All metal parts are stainless steel so there's no worries about corrosion. Previously, we've had seats with chromed fittings and they always peel to create razor sharp edges that can cut your fingers. Not something you need in proximity to a toilet, even a clean one. Both the lid and seat are 'soft close', so won't drop and break or make a noise first thing in morning. When you lift both a silver button is revealed that you can push to release both the seat and lid together, allowing you to clean them away from the toilet. This makes cleaning the toilet easier too. I never thought I'd write a rave review about a toilet seat but this fabulous product deserves due recognition. Excellent Austrian engineering for your posterior and peace of mind.

I bought this toilet seat as the company prided themselves on the quality of their products, After only a short period of time it would not do as described, SOFT CLOSE It would only slam down. Despite numerous Emails to the manufacturers Cosondo, and explaining to them that the Gel which enables it to soft close has leaked out, I have had no reply or response from them. I paid £49.99 for something that after only 5 months of normal everyday use by 2 adults it is useless. Even Amazon are not available to speak to, as it went past their 30 return policy.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE

Perfetto, comodo, ben fatto. Si vede che è di qualità, dunque bel rapporto qualità/prezzo, sicuramente in negozio verrebbe di più. Lo consiglio.

La verdad es que me ha sorprendido gratamente porque tiene una composicion de plástico duro de alta calidad, nada que ver con las porquerías chinas que venden y que compré en una ocasión para este WC. Recomendable al 100%, tiene dos tipos de accesorios de montaje, y fácil de montar con las instrucciones dadas.

Facile à monter. A l'air solide, et prtique.
