All you need a little bit of cornstarch
The ball gets sticky after use and washing it with soap and water didn't help. But a little bit cornstarch made this ball like new again. Can't wait to improve and get the next level up.

good quality, flexible, comes in a variety of compression strengths
Used mine to build grip strength and protect from tennis elbow. I moved from the softest up to highest level ball. The lowest-rated balls are too soft for me, but may suit others better

will strengthen your hands and forearms
I'm a mid-40s female who initially used this item around 1-3 times per week for a few mins at a time, and I noticed that my hands were a little less fatigued from mousing and typing all day at work. I also noticed that I could provide more powerful, gripping massages to my boyfriend after about 3 weeks of use. My massage therapist, who had recommended the Thera-Band firm ball to me, commented recently that my forearms were stronger. I don't use the full rotation of exercises w/this ball, but it doesn't matter. Consistent use is what matters.The product is easy to use on my petite hands. I bought an extra one recently so I could use it at work, too, as a stress releaser and a reminder of the importance of moving and exercising each day.

White Powder / Sticky
Why did this come covered with a suspicious white powder and why wasn't there a warning on the page that i could see? When i rinsed it off the ball became sticky. Any answers?

Nice product!
I bought this item to increase my grip strength. I was pleased to discover that instructions were included for that very purpose. I have other THERABAND projects. They've never let me down. The quality is excellent.

Strengthens the wrist
I like the way the ball works to strengthen my wrist when I’m squeezing it. It is strong enough to give your hand a good work out yet it feels soft when using it.
