I like this intro book..it has good information..However, I don't like the format...for me it does not flow

I gleaned so much from this book. The key word here is simplicity. I was expecting it to be a complicated subject learning about the remedies. I was pleasantly surprised that it was so easily understood. The author is very good at explaining and I would love to read more from her. Highly recommended.

I've used their rescue remedy for years. I knew they had different products and formulations but didn't realize just how many. Can't wait to try them.

I read this through in a few days, though if you're a fast reader you could probably do it in a day. It's a thorough but easy intro to the remedies. I used what I learned here to make drops for my kid and for me that were effective - and I was a little skeptical at first.
