Not as described in terms of waterproof.
For what they (actually) are, they are decent enough. But what has happened to uk trading standards? You can't advertise something as waterproof when it obviously isn't. And shoppers shouldn't need to parse customer reviews to determine the accurate product description. If it was accurately described it would probably be 5 stars. But awarding 1 star as the product description is wildly inaccurate and directly misleading.

Winter ready
Just what I wanted,I have poor circulation so my legs are always cold but with these they are lovely and warm.I wanted a pair with all the bad weather warnings instead of normal trousers and was not let down in anyway. I am a 36"waist 34"leg so opted for the XXXL and fit perfectly so I am going to have another two pairs shortly.

these felt and looked like a 30" short leg
The trousers arrived on time, were as described but the sizes described need to be looked at, I've came across this problem with most outdoor trousers. I'm a regular 32" waist, these felt and looked like a 30" short leg size

Ideal to have in your rucksack as a back up pair to a more substantial hard wearing brand.
Bought as a cheap put me on until I got my hands on a quality branded pair. I'm 5ft 8 and 12st 7 with a 33inch waist. I bought a size XL which is a comfortable UK meduim. The elasticated waist would easily fit a 34 and I'd say probably a 36 waist too as the photos show. I've worn them around 10 times now on hikes. I bought the thin version so did need a pair of thermals underneath when out in snow and below zero conditions as a biting wind does cut through them but they're fine in normal temps. I find them very comfy to wear and couldn't have wished for a better fit. They look good on but brand snobs may wince a little at the stiched yellow fashion emblem on the leg. The quality is what it is. You definitely get what you pay for I'm afraid. As the photo shows the pocket lining is coming away already and I haven't even used the pockets yet. That being said they've withstood snow and light rain showers and remained dry. Would i buy again? Probably yeah but only as a back up pair. Rab may cost 3x as much but they'll last a lifetime. These probably won't. I'd say they would be ideal for walking the dog or something to change into after a hike or for hanging round the campsite.

Made for tiny ppl with pencil legs
I went on the side of caution and bought xxl instead of my usual size L in any other sort of clothing. Yes the waist fit OK but I may as well be wearing leggings as they are so tight around the ass and thigh. At least leggings I would be able to move without fear of doing a hulk impression.

Good Trousers but possibly not for you if you are tall
These trousers appear to be well made and robust. The most useful rule of thumb for sizing seems to be to go up two sizes from your normal UK size - so a UK Large should be OK with a 2XL. Note however that the legs may be a little short. Unfortunately they were too short of me - I am 6ft 2ins tall, and the legs appeared a good two to three inches too short. This is a shame because the trousers themselves appear good. To be fair, I see the same problem with the usual western brands as well. Excellent next day delivery to my local Amazon locker, cannot fault the service.

Seems fine, as described.
Fits the products description, seems fine for the price.I'm a 39-40" waist and ordered the 5XL size, which fit me nicely. There is a lot of stretch in the waistband.Inside leg is short to regular, and also fits me fine. May be too short if you usually need a long.

Great item
Great trousers. I use them for mountain biking and they work really well, not 100% water proof but keep most of the water out. Nice and light to wear and very comfortable Follow the size chart as instructed and there great. Will order again.
