I've always bought Campbell's, but with the price $1.25/can now, I wanted to try Amazon's brand. I found it to be better, which was a nice surprise. It's a bit more salty, but I just added a little water, and it was fine. I'm sticking to this from now on. It's really nice to buy a product, which is less expensive and tastes equally if not better than a brand name.

This tomato soup has good flavor and is smooth when prepared. It works great on its own or as a base for recipes. It’s affordable and convenient to stock up on. The only drawback is that it’s slightly saltier than I’d prefer, but that’s pretty normal for canned soup. Great to keep in the pantry for quick meals.

I bought several flavors, but I'll start by reviewing the chicken noodle soup.To be honest, as you can see from the rating I gave, it wasn't very good for me.I think the very idea of ​​storing a product like noodles in a can was flawed.The soup itself wasn't bad, but it was relatively salty.It was so salty, I honestly couldn't eat any more.I opened two cans at once because they looked small, but they were so salty I couldn't even finish half of them.The small pieces of chicken inside were few in number, but they were quite tasty.The intense saltiness actually complemented the soup, which was a nice touch.But the soup wasn't. It was tasty, but the saltiness was the problem.The noodles weren't bad.However, they weren't quite what I expected from the "noodle" category.It's more like mushy pasta noodles cut into fingertip-sized pieces.I chose unsalted biscuits, which are generally good, because I was worried that eating them with something would neutralize the saltiness.They're usually delicious when crushed and mixed with things like potato soup.They weren't as bad as I thought, but they were still complicated.Usually, I eat these without anything or with rice.This is really tricky.If you've been exercising vigorously outdoors, doing mountain climbing, or are stranded in the desert,this product could be the perfect food.It definitely tastes good.And the salt content is just enough to make it worthwhile.I wanted to write about something else, but all I remember is the salt content.I said it definitely tastes good, right? I tried Amazon's Cream of Mushroom Soup in the past and I remember it being darker in color and thinner in consistency. It was levels below the Campbell's equivalent I grew up on. Even grocery stores' private labelled product was better by comparison.After seeing all the current positive reviews, I decided to give it another shot and I'm so glad I did. We lucked out and received cans that were free of dents. The formula is closer to the condensed Campbell's product we all know and love. I use the soup as a component to many dishes and the taste is equal as far as I can tell. Also, the current price is excellent compared to Campbell's on sale in-store. We will absolutely be adding this to future Subscribe & Save deliveries.

Store brands have gone up and Amazon Fresh Cream of chicken soup is priced lower and makes a good base for soups, sauces or dishes having a creamy chicken base. Best of all was the free shipping so that I did not have to leave home to shop.
