I bought this machine with the intention of selling photo magnets, but as soon as I showed a sample to a potential buyer, it started coming apart. It’s clearly not suitable for business use. I should’ve spent a bit more for a higher-quality one—this wasn’t exactly cheap either. To make things worse, customer service hasn’t been helpful at all.

After watching the video it was very easy to use.

The first one I purchased, I returned. Did not work properly. Supposed to come ready to use. Messed up more buttons than came with machine. Top deck fell off from machine first use. 2nd Machine just as bad. Will make 10 buttons it makes then unit malfunctions. So not worth the money. Do Not Buy!

Circle cutter was delivered broken and looks like there’s a piece missing anyway but don’t know where to ask for a replacement. Paper that came with product was folded and bent up and could never go through a printer

Really easy to make a button! The fact that it came assembled was a huge plus!

I only received 85 out of the 100 buttons I was supposed to get with the machine, and some of them were bent like this when I got them out of the box.

Hasn't even been 4 months yet and this unit is not working properly.. its broken. It felt off from the day i started using it and i haven't even finished the 100pc components i bought with it. I would have said something sooner but figure it was just me being a new user.
