The oatmeal cream pie is awesome! I like that these shakes keep you full until dinner. I usually mix it with water, almond milk and a table spoon of cream cheese to make it taste like a cheesecake. I place it in a blender with ice. I am an ice cream addict. This definitely suppresses the craving. Will buy it again!

Tasty and affordable! This works perfectly for my new dietary needs, and is affordable as well. The Chocolate is my preferred flavor, but all four are tasty and varied.

I tried it plain with water 3rd try each time my blood sugar spike over 220. Must have hidden sugar/carbsI was so excited to try and loved all the flavors offered. Taste fabulous even in water, concerned about blood sugar.m

I have now had three of the flavors of this product and they are all excellent. The best Keto flavored drink powder that I have found after many years on Keto. This time it is the Creamy Butter Pecan. Great tasting as is, but I always add extra pecans and coconut flakes to make the shake more filling (I do the same for all Keto shake products except usually add walnuts). I will continue to be a customer of this great product!

This product is amazing. I drink it with cold brew coffee for lunch everyday and it keeps me full until dinner. I have lost weight on this product and it tastes great. I highly recommend it!

Love this stuff it tastes so good! I usually blend mine with a banana and water or some type of milk substitute. It’s really convenient in the mornings when I don’t have time to make breakfast before work.

This stuff is good!! I have had other shake powders that were so bad I couldn't gag them down but I actually want more of this one when I finish my drink! It is very low carb and filling. I am going to stick with this brand from now on.
