If you need a scoop, I highly recommend Cambro products. They are made for the food service industry, not the consumer market and worth every penny.

Good for filling glasses with ice; plastic is a superior material for an ice scoop
I have had one of these for years in my home bar. It is strong and the 6oz size is right for scooping ice into glasses. I'm buying another for a new bar.I like plastic over metal. Plastic does not chill my hand, and less condensation forms on it when exposed to room temperature air.
