An excellent product with authentic flavor!
I use this to make Jerk chicken wings. Coat the wings and place on wire rack over a sheet pan in refrigerator overnight. Grill over hickory smoke until 160 degrees. Lightly coat with baby rays wing sauce and return to grill until tacky.

Nice flavor not too salty
Nice jerk flavor and you can use it liberally without it being too salty. It adds flavor but doesn’t overpower so you can add other spices.
