Great for traveling or at home!
I leave my toothbrush out on the counter on a daily basis. When thinking about all the germs in my bathroom, I got really grossed out. For a while, I used one of the plastic cases that go over your toothbrush, but I like these ones better because they are easy to change out every week. They are also really nice for traveling.

So much cleaner than the other devices :)
When I first heard of these I thought it sounded silly until I started using them. I am so happy to see this in the travel section at my wal-mart but I will order these if I can't find them. I have always secretly hated the plastic boxes that we have snapped on the toothbrushes; they always got really dirty looking or you kept ending up with too much cheap plastic travel crap. Now I try to save money but being honest I have thrown a few away so that it section in the drawer wouldn't build up and using a sandwich baggy sounded more appealing.These shields are amazing idea, they feel cleaner, take less space, even look better on my toothbrush when I use them at home. Best thing is they come in little baggies so you can carry a few extras and hand a few to a friend.Not going to lie they make me feel a lot better out my toothbrush. I live in an old house where we heat with firewood so lady bug invasions happen where we are trapping, vacuuming, and looking for spots in the woods were they come out. Knowing no nasty lady bug has ventured onto my toothbrush makes this investment worth it.Traveling I have had only one bad thought is that you can lay your toothbrush on the table/counter of the bathroom you are using but only if the table is dry. Since the material is meant to absorb it could go the other way so always check the counters.I forgot to mention that even though these come in a box of 10 each shield is individually wrap, this really helps keeps them sterile. You could try and make your own with gauze at the store but it wouldn't come out in the right size, look at neat, or be as clean.I received these dental shields in exchange for a honest review. I highly recommend these, there is absolutely no way I could use anything else because those toothbrush cleaners are just too bulky and un-eye appealing .
