Small and comfortable way to charge you Sony camera battery.
Bought this for my daughter, she has Sony zv1 m2 camera and charging the battery inside the camera is uncomfortable. She has two batteries and charging in the camera required her to charge them one by one and also leave the camera on the table for charging. This charger allow changing upto 3 batteries in parallel and uses USB charger. We tried charging two batteries and it worked Great. The charger is small and can easily fit the camera bag

Works GREAT for a Ricoh GRIII battery
I bought a different charger a while back to charge my Ricoh GRIII batteries. I think it was called sterlingtek or something like that. IT was always buggy from day 1, but worked well enough to eventually charge my GRIII batteries. Long story short that other charger finally totally died so I went in search of another charger. So far this charger has been working in an awesome way. When I FIRST got it, it took me maybe 2 minutes to first realize haha, I had to press down the Ricoh battery a bit more to make contact, and also I thought the many lights were a tad confusing when I put two batteries in at the same time.. Anyway the lights actually make a lot of sense and I'm loving this charger. You do need a low powered usb brick of some sort...but if you have one from an old phone or device it's the only thing MAYBE they should have INCLUDED. All in all this charger seems GREAT and well made and WORKS!.

CHARGING 3 BATTERIES AT ONCE IS GREAT.
Works exactly as advertised and charges 3 batteries relatively quick. Only wish that it has a separate additional USB charging plug in addition to the somewhat short, permanently attached charging cord that's coiled underneath it. You do get an extension to be plugged into this coiled up very short cord, but again, an additional charging plug on the unit itself would be very welcome ! This is a reasonably priced unit, so, too much shouldn't be asked I suppose. Just that it will work reliably for a long time, and that's something only time can tell. FOR NOW IT'S WELL RECOMMENDED.

Works great, even with aftermarket batteries
Works great, charge of three batteries at once. A single flashing light above a particular battery indicates a low charge, two flashing lights above a battery indicates medium charge and a three flashing lights means it’s almost done. A long steady LED means the battery is completely charged and the charger has entered "float" mode.

Excellent! But… long super long charge times 3 stars
So the way this charger works in my opinion isn’t very intuitive the flash/strobe according to their percentage levels and once it’s fully charged it will steady burn solid red which you’ll get used to over time. When I initially used this product I thought it wasn’t working but after about 2-1/2 hours of charging all 3 slots simultaneously it finally all turned solid red. At that time I wanted to check and make sure they were charged and they were indeed 100%. Tbh I actually started a return on this device because I thought it wasn’t working and was just a waste however I just wasn’t patient enough. So be advised it works well just not super quick but these batteries last about 1-1/2 hours each so for 2-1/2 hour charge time for all 3 works for me plus I have an alternate camera to use in case this one is dead or I forget to charge it so the long charge times don’t bother me too much but it is something to keep in mind.

The included extension cord didn't work. Plug is not included. It's cheap and it works as it should.

Its so compact and portable, just like the Ricoh GR III. I'm using third-party batteries from BetterBatt and they seem to be charging just fine with the JJC charger. Good value for money!

📦 Design & Build Quality The idea behind this charger is straightforward: three NP-BX1 batteries charging at once from any USB source. In practice, the physical design gets in the way before the electronics even have a chance. The battery bays have no retention features at all – no clips, ridges, or friction points. The only force holding a battery inside is the pressure of the spring contacts, which ends up doing the opposite of what you want. Push a battery in firmly and the spring ejects it right back out. It feels like an unfinished prototype rather than a finished product, and the ABS plastic shell does not compensate for the lack of mechanical stability. The attached USB cable and the extra extension lead are at least functional, but they do not solve the core mechanical issue. Any charger that cannot reliably hold the batteries makes day-to-day use fragile and frustrating. ⚙️ Ease of Use This should have been a drop-in charger that you forget about while it works. Instead, keeping three batteries in their slots requires improvisation. With the springs pushing the packs out, you end up holding them down manually or weighing them with something heavy so they maintain contact. That alone makes it unusable for travel, outdoors, or any situation where you want to charge multiple packs unattended. The LEDs that show charge progress behave inconsistently: they jump to roughly 75% almost immediately, then crawl to full over many hours. That leaves you guessing whether the battery is actually ready or still trickling. The advertised multi-source input compatibility is technically correct, but it does not offset the daily annoyance of fighting the hardware. 🧪 Performance in Real Life Once weighed down, the charger does work electrically, but the behavior is far from what you expect from a modern USB-C unit. The input rating is 5V 2.2A, and the charger does deliver that level for a few minutes. After that, it drops sharply and stays low for the rest of the cycle. In testing, three fully discharged NP-BX1 batteries reached 75% in minutes, then spent roughly six hours slowly creeping toward 100%. Here is the practical reality: • ⚡ Current peaked at 2.2A for only about 3 minutes • 📉 After the first hour, total current fell to around 0.5A shared across all three batteries • 🕒 The final 25% took the vast majority of the time • ⏳ Total time to fill three empty batteries was a bit over six hours This behavior suggests a very conservative charging algorithm with no dynamic adjustment or intelligent allocation of current between slots. There is no support for USB-C PD or faster negotiation, so there is no performance headroom even with a strong power adapter. In short: it charges, but unbearably slowly and without meaningful feedback from the LEDs. ⚠️ Notable Issues • ❌ Battery ejection due to spring pressure makes this fundamentally unreliable. • ❌ No mechanical retention means any vibration or movement interrupts contact. • ⚠️ Misleading indicator behavior gives a false sense of quick progress. • ⚠️ Severely throttled charging curve turns a “fast” charger into an all-day trickle. • ⚠️ No PD or smart current management, so it cannot adapt to higher-power USB-C sources. • ❌ Non-viable even for DIY modification – unless the electronics allowed faster, sustained charging, printing brackets or shims would only solve the mechanical part while leaving the slow core performance untouched. 🧭 Final Verdict This charger represents a promising idea executed with two fatal flaws: a mechanical design that cannot physically hold the batteries, and an electronic design that chokes charging speed after the first few minutes. Even with workarounds like weights or improvised clamps, the slow and inconsistent charging logic undermines the whole exercise. Anyone relying on NP-BX1 batteries – whether for compact cameras, travel vlogging, or daily shooting – needs reliability and predictable turnaround times. This unit offers neither. If you need a multi-slot NP-BX1 charger, look toward models with secure retaining clips and proper USB-C PD support. Those keep current stable, show accurate progress, and allow batteries to stay seated without babysitting. Compared to those, this model feels more like a disposable tester than a usable tool. Overall: functional at the most basic level, but too flawed to recommend for any real scenario.

Very small and neat and works perfectly.

The charge is compact and works well with both OEM Olympus and aftermarket batteries, recharging them in a reasonable amount of time. It's built-in USB cable is very convenient but short - which is why it comes with a cable extension. Indicator lights are clear and make it easy to see what the charger is doing. Overall, no complaints.
