I needed something to try and reduce the mess/excessive flour use when kneading dough. This had good reviews, so I thought I'd give it a go.I'm so glad I did - I have a small kitchen with limited working space, so when making dough it can be a hassle with a work top covered in flour and bits of stuck on dough. No more. This mat covers the top and doesn't really need any flour to prevent sticking. (I used a light coat when rolling out pizza dough as it sticks a bit when rolled).Once finished with, wash it with a sponge and you have a clean kitchen surface. Such a brilliant idea.If you work with dough, you should get one. Recommended - you even get a plastic blade with it - I use these to mix the dough, so always handy to have a spare.

This mat is a great size, non slip and an absolute bargain.It also comes with a scraper and a band to hold it together when rolled up , for storage.

Great for rolling out pizza dough, or any dough tbh. Really big mat - I’m glad we got the XL. Cleans easily with a bit of hot soapy water and we store it rolled up. One of the best kitchen accessories we’ve bought to date!
