Item is great! It is exactly as described. I did a lot of research prior to buying, did a lot of comparing and eliminating. Buckles, clasps and straps feel like good quality. Construction appears to be good; time will tell. I figure that for the GREAT price, as long as I get a couple good years from it; money is well spent. The included care instructions were very informative; however I like that the material will show wear as wear occurs; gives it a rustic look and feel.PROS: Decent room, enough pockets, real leather, included care instructions and cable manager.CONS: Wish it had just a little more room front to back and zipper is pointless in my opinion.I would definitely recommend the purchase of this item without hesitation.

I bought this bag less than a year ago and recently the zipper on the back pocket has broken AND the part of the strap that connects to the bag is broken so that I can't use the strap anymore. I don't think I really do anything to put unreasonable strain on the bag. I work at a university so am often carrying my laptop and a few other work related items. For the cost, the bag really should not have these problems less than a year into using it. If I had known this would happen, I would have chosen a different bag because I only bought it based on other favorable reviews. I'm really disappointed because otherwise it's great, the leather parts are very durable, it's the just hardware (zipper, strap connectors, etc) that has problems.

Love the bag! If there's a bag Indiana Jones carried his MacBook in this is it. Very nice, soft real leather that looks just like you see. I got the 14" bag to carry my Surface Pro 4 that's in a Kensington case. It's a great fit. I'm a nature photographer and wanted a more rugged, natural leather field bag for my mobile workstation. There's just enough space an pockets for my portable external harddrive, card reader, headphones, and cables. I'm also really glad the bag has a durable leather handle for carrying as well as the strap. Really a top notch leather bag for a modest price.I also love the vintage leather satchel/ messenger bag style. Like an old school leather portfolio.Customer service from the seller was excellent, shipment as expected.

The bag came out of the packaging: with the leather being soft (supple?), the color as-advertised, and the clasps being even better than expected.If you're looking to make the switch from a backpack or briefcase, I'd say it looks pretty damn executive/professional and seems like it'll last awhile. One note: a 15" MacBook Pro (2011) barely fits in it (and without being able to close the inside zipper).Honestly...I don't know what else to write about a bag... It's a pretty good bag? And I'm not really a shoulder bag sorta guy?

Best bag I've owned by far. I carry a 13" MacBook, power adapter, iPhone, cords, earbuds, notepad, pens, snacks, etc. daily and have plenty of room for more when needed. Leather is thick and soft, feels amazing. Style is rustic modern, can carry while in jeans or a suit. Color is medium brown, a hair lighter than it looks in the pictures (perfect color). I have not had issues with the hardware but I always use the shoulder strap so stress on the buckles securing the flap is minimal (I could see where carrying like a briefcase using the handle may stress the hardware if the bag is loaded with heavy items, not an issue at all for me but might be why others report these failing). Highly recommend.

It's a nice looking bag. The measurements shown are not correct though. The bag measures 16" wide. Unfortunately, I had to return mine because my laptop would not fit in it

I love this bag. It's high quality and durable. It looks exactly as pictured. I do wish there was a little more padding for my laptop, but I actually put a bit of the packaging at the bottom as a buffer. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.

This bag is quality leather nice and heavy. Very roomy, perfect briefcase for on the go young man.
