Diller Insulated Water Bottle, 20 oz Coffee Travel Mug with Handle, Spout Lid, Leakproof Keep 12H Piping Hot & 24H Cold (Black)

My truck was broken into and although the real costly stuff was the loss of a lot of tools, I was really bummed that the thieves even stole my old Stanley thermos. It was a hand me down from my Dad before he passed away and between the two of us, a lot of coffee got kept hot over the decades and God only knows how many miles. The Stanley product is now made in China so I figured I’d try a different brand. After several evenings of reading reviews of dozens of products I landed on this. On the positive side if things it looks good and the flip up ring to hold it with your finger works pretty good, and the lid seals very well. The big question though is “does it keep the coffee hot?” The answer is “not so well”. Two hours in the coffee is down to just better than lukewarm. Overall it’s a decent value but nothing holds up to an old USA made Stanley. Maybe I’ll go shopping on eBay and see if I can find a good used one.

I bought two of these bottles over a year ago and absolutely love them! Love the non-leak wide, no spill drinking from the one-hand open top. Also love the strong carrying handle. These bottles are made to last. I wanted to order one more and to my dismay found that they’re unavailable. They’re not listed on Diller’s website anymore either. I definitely hope they’ll come back at some point.

This is the first thermal mug I've ever purchased. After using it for a couple of days it started to leak where the rubber is in between the cap and mug. The rubber area is not damaged and I can't seem to figure out as to why it's leaking. I've flipped it over to see where it's leaking and it's the whole ring itself. I've tried finding replacement caps but I have not been able to find any. Even the wring formation in the mug isn't damaged so I'm not certain why it still leaks. Not only that but the cap is all black, not black and white like the picture shows.Diller if you're reading this is there any way for me to receive another cap or replacement?

I have been looking for an insulated bottle to keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold, and this one does that pretty well. Haven't tested to see if coffee stays piping hot for the entire 12 hours, but it's probably true as when I go back for my second cup a couple of hours from when I made it, it IS still piping hot. High quality construction too.

For the price these are amazing! I bought 2 for the price of one of what these products usually cost. I use it everyday! They’re nearly impossible to spill which I so appreciate! I accidentally left my coffee in one overnight instead of washing it and the next morning when I went to dump it out it was still hot. Love these things!

Bought this for my wife to carry! Fits her hands and stays warm good sealing top. Would recommend
