LOVE IT!!!
I consider myself a very good cook but could never get simple white rice to turn out edible. I had been contemplating getting a rice cooker for years but did not want one more gadget or gizmo that I never use kicking around and taking up more space (yeah, you, air fryer). I finally did one day and wish I had done it sooner! Perfect rice, every time! Been using it for about 9 months now. I follow the instructions on the rice package and always make the same amount which is perfect for 2 people with some leftover (so, 3 generous servings). A measuring cup comes with it but it is not a standard sized cup, it is smaller. My measurements are standard. I use 1 cup white rice, rinsed, 2 cups chicken broth, two teaspoons of butter, and seasonings, usually salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. I plug it in just before I cook it because it is automatically on the warm setting once plugged in, there is no "off" button, then press the button down to start the cooking process. It takes 25 minutes for the button to pop up and leave it on the warm setting for 10 more minutes. Fluff. The cooked rice takes up a little less than half of the bowl when it's done. I don't think 10 cups of cooked rice would actually fit in it though. Double the amount I usually make would comfortably fit. It does bubble while cooking so you need some extra room on top and it splatters out the vent hole in the lid a little also. Some rice on the bottom turns golden and sticks a little but I think it tastes delicious! It adds nice flavor and texture to the rice. The rice spatula that comes with the cooker works perfectly for this. I have rubbed the bowl with butter to see if it helped with sticking but it really didn't make enough difference to bother with the extra step. The bowl is not really difficult to clean because of this either. I have yet to venture out and try adding other things to the rice. I always make the rest of the meal separate but I have seen quite a few other recipes you can make in this too with veggies and stuff that look good to try. I would highly recommend getting one if you're thinking about it. This particular model was very affordable, simple to use, easy to clean up, and works great so far for what I have used it for.

A Good Rice Cooker?
As soon as I opened the package and lifted the rice cooker out of its box, I could feel how light it was compared to all my other rice cookers. My old two cup (uncooked) rice cooker feels heavier than this. I removed one star because the capacity of this rice cooker is misrepresented. This is much smaller than my old rice cooker with the same claimed capacity. It is akin to buying a large US shirt and getting a large "Asian" shirt. Considering that the bowl is not "nonstick", it is very easy to clean. I do not leave my rice in the cooker for hours to stay warm, and that may make the difference between easy to clean rice bowl to difficult to clean rice bowl because the burnt rice is stuck to the bowl like glue. The other complaint I read from other customers is the "burning smell". I don't think it is electrical. I think it is the paint giving off that smell once exposed to the hot temperature. I think after a while the smell will be gone. I am hoping they used non-leaded paint. I cannot speak about its sturdiness because I haven't had it long enough to be able to make the assessment. Considering how the prices of everything has gone up, this is a fairly reasonably-priced rice cooker.Addendum 9/28/23-I was right about the smell being from the paint's exposure to warm temperature. It's not because of some electrical problem. The second, third, fourth and fifth time I used it, the "burning paint smell was no longer there. I've never had this burning smell from my previous rice cookers.Addendum 10/23/23-The rice cooker turned off by itself about 2 minutes into cooking. The rice was obviously still uncooked. The rice cooker was hot on the left side and the right side was cool which means there was no amount of heat on that side. They must have two sided heating elements. I pressed the lever/switch down again to see if I could restart the rice cooker. The lever would not stay down. After three tries it restarted and I was able to cook the rice successfully. And guess what today is. Today, the return window closes on this product. Amazing how they can be so precise as to when their product breaks down so one cannot return it.10/26/23 The rice cooker is completely kaput. My previous rice cooker lasted 20 years. I am writing this review to save all of you from making the same mistake of buying this product. I wish they had a lower than one star rating.

Good for the price
Not bad for the price. I’ve used this a few times. The rice comes out perfect every time! The only issue I have with it is that the lines inside the cooker for the water levels are really hard to see. I decided to just use a measuring cup.
