very good. Ive had many bags. So far consistent. I would say its around the light end of medium roast. Not bitter or burnt.

Thick crema with cocoa aftertaste
Makes a wonderful espresso. Add a touch of milk, as in a cortado, and you have chocolate milk. Also amazing with milk and ice. This is truly brown gold.
