Can use with Mr. Beer kit
I am on my 5th batch of this, it comes out fantastic and we are using the Mr. Beer fermenter for it. I personally don't drink, I've taken to this as a hobby, but I mix this with light brown sugar, it has yet to sit for the full amount of time bottled, usually it's being drank after a week or so of being bottled. Anyone I have shared this brew with, without even telling them what it is they all say wow this is the best Belgian trippel I've ever had! My husband who I make this for, who is a super bougee beer conniseur, has compared the finished product to a Delirium. We are regular customers of this product so I highly recommend! And the process is rediculously easy as well. Pictured is the pic he took from my 2nd or 3rd batch that he bragged about to all his friends on his social media also ❤️🤣 I'm a very happy woman that he was so exited about it!

I shorted the recipe.
I shorted this recipe by a gallon and a half to increase abv also I added in orange marmalade and cinnamon. It spent 12 days in the fermentor and a month bottled in the fridge. (You can bottle condition in the fridge if it's above 32F, but it will take much longer.) It turned out to be a very nice holiday beer by new years. This was my first good batch of beer and can recommend this.

A solid gluten-free option for making beer at home
I've been homebrewing for several years, preferring "all grain" recipes. Several neighbors drink my beer, but one of them was recently diagnosed with celiac disease. Therefore no wheat, etc., products allowed due to gluten sensitivity....and beer is made from such grains.I tried this as an experiment for his sake, as it advertises itself as being gluten-free.You get a can of very thick syrup, a small packet of dried yeast, and some generic instructions. Brewferm makes several different kits that use the same basic procedures, and the instruction sheet covers all of their products. The procedure is fairly simple. First you heat the can in a hot water bath for a while to loosen the syrup up. Then you mix it with a certain amount of water and additional sugar, put it into your sanitized fermenting vessel and follow normal homebewing procedures (pitching the yeast, giving it a couple of weeks in the fermentor, bottling/kegging, etc.).I was very pleasantly surprised with the final product, and my neighbor was thrilled that he would still be able to enjoy some beer on a hot night. A different neighbor said that it ranked high out of the various brews I've made. The only reason this gets 4-stars instead of 5 is because there isn't really any warning about having to add several cups of additional sugar to the product in order to make the beer correctly. There is no mention of it until you get to the back of the instruction sheet at the very bottom where you see a chart listing their products. Unless you go through the instructions completely and carefully before you get started, you can get stuck part-way through while you run to the store to get more sugar.I should also note that Brewferm's different products make different amounts of beer while coming in the same-sized can. One can may make 9 liters (almost 2.5 gallons). Another can make as much as 20 liters -- which is more than twice the size. Make sure you have a fermenter big enough to hold the amount of beer that the can makes.

So good that I'm drinking it before it's done!
Well, it was easy to use! Tastes good before it's actually done too!The trick is to read the instructions a few times before you begin. Otherwise, the metric gets to be a little confusing. It's also important to find and clean supplies before you get going.I was supposed to use the "brewferm compass", well I don't have one. I just waited 7 days and bottled it. I would have waited and ordered one but I was having a baby the next day. Didn't know how long I would be away from the house.Next time, I am definitely going to get the compass thing and a larger fermenter. This brew made me realize I have outgrown MrBeerI have most of the bottles aging in a room temp closet. However, I let one age in the fridge for a week. Drank it, was delicious. Can only imagine that the closet beers will be better.

Easy, but still competes with all others!
I done the Dubbel, Triple, 1774, all are stunning, easy to make, but still definitely awesome all around, favor is stunning for the ease of it all. Bottled, kegged, its all good. Will keep buying for years to come, why deal with all the others when they make it so complicated, with brewferm homebrew, its easy, but is still has the depth of complexity others promise with the add this now, then add this, blah, blah , blah. Brewferm, gets straight to the point, and is as good if not better then all the rest. Trust me, follow the directions to the T, be patient, keep it all clean and you will get a great beer. Cheers!!!

Fairly easy to brew, however
This review is for the Strong Blonde. This was fairly easy to brew - just need to follow the directions closely. As noted in the description, there is no boiling necessary, so it's quicker to mix and takes less cooling time to add the yeast. A couple reasons for only 3 stars - first, I didn't see anywhere in the description here that I needed to add sugar to the batch to brew (2.5 cups! No wonder it's a "strong" blonde!). For the cost of this, it should be a complete mix. The other reason is that they recommend 6 - 8 weeks (WEEKS!) in the bottle before drinking (says you can try it after 3 weeks, but it needs to "mature")! That seems like a bit much.I just brewed it last night and it's already foaming with the fermentation process the next morning (about 10 hours), so it looks like it's working. I'm brewing this in the Mr. Beer LBK from their kit, and it's a little fuller than their brews (2.5 gallons vs 2.0 gallons) and it's leaking out the top a little, but it seems to be working fine. I will definitely revise this when I try it.****EDIT AFTER TASTING****After six weeks (I think) I finally tasted it this weekend. It is a very good, but yes, strong, beer. I think some strawberry extract would probably help the flavor out. I'm satisfied and stick with the rest of my review
