Q: How does one use these pods? The indentation at the bottom does not allow the needle to pierce the pod causing it to explode

It works fine for me. No it hasn’t exploded to me it.

Q: what happened to the 50 count box? why are we limited to the 12 count offer?

We took a vote at corporate and felt anyone named Joe Doe only deserved 12 cups at a time but could order 3 boxes. 48 would then be close enough.

Q: Can these pods be used in Nespresso machines?

No, these pods are designed for Kuriig. Nexpresso pods are much smaller.

Q: IS this served "as is" or do you add sugar and/or milk. Also the size of serving please. 8 oz?

I add a hint of cream only before brew. I prefer 4oz size. 8oz size still good but less foam.
