I purchased this watch after a lot of thought and was impressed by the self charging claims.However the watch has now been returned for a refund after several problems and complete loss of confidence.After pairing and loading the app the watch would talk to my iPad and fill in the data for that day, however it would not create the log ongoing. Days later the watch would not report at all to the iPad.The second problem was the watch would vibrate and the screen would show the Powerwatch logo for approx 30 seconds then go back to the normal screen. The data and heart rate would be lost. This would happen at completely random times of the day and night.The GPS takes a long long time to register so if you are going out on your exercise log onto the GPS at least ten minutes before you want it.Lastly when I contacted the manufacturer asking what an item was on the screen display they answered in hours.When I asked about the problems I was having with it, well I’m still waiting days after. Three emails no answers.I have lost all confidence in this watch and company back up.

It's a good concept but it's badly let down by buggy software, both on the watch and the companion app.I've had mine less than a week and had to reset it several times as data wasn't syncing to my phone.It loses connection to my phone when my phone is less than a metre away.Reviews online and even the dedicated Facebook group are littered with complaints.It obviously thinks I'm dead (no heartbeat) and I can go days without sleeping according to this watch.I'm hopeful the next firmware update might improve it, but as this is their third stab at making a watch I'm not hopeful.

It was working fine for about 6 months, but then in a matter of a week it started to disfunction. First the select button stopped responding, then after another day it started some endless restart loop, after the battery drained it was not possible to charge it again even with the charger. Customer support said they will send a return label, but it has been more than 4 months and no return label yet. Every time I ask when, the answer is "please wait". My guess is that they will never sent this return label.

The software and app for this watch are not great, which is a great shame as the USP for this watch - battery life - is fantastic. The major problem however, is that the support is pretty terrible. I had issues during the warranty period and had to do full resets a few times. But the killer was when the (supposedly shockproof) watch dropped on to a hard surface from less than a metre and was rendered completely dead. I sought support and over a period of weeks with messages going back and forth the upshot was that my watch was out of warranty but they couldn't offer an out of warranty repair service due to "low inventory". So after just two and a half years I have a dead watch that they can't even offer a paid repair service for. Stick with Garmin, I'm going to buy the Instinct Solar 2 which also has a very good battery life, a properly working app and watch software and after sales support that doesn't just shrug its shoulders when a watch is out of warranty.

Didn't work from new. Returned with 48 hours. Great idea, pathetically poor quality

Comprado en febrero del año pasado, al mes de uso se apaga sin motivo aparente. En el momento de apagarse marcaba que tenia un 68% de batería. Lo pongo en el cargador que incluye y se enciende el led amarillo ( como si estuviese a 100%) y sigue sin encenderse. Contacto con el soporte y les mando una solicitud RMA y quedo pendiente de que me den un ticket de envío prepagado para enviarles el reloj. Desde entonces todo fueron largas, estamos a 2022 y sigo sin recibir respuesta, estan con la excusa del covid pero siguen actualizando la aplicacion del telefono. Un desastre total de compañia, no compren. Estoy por denunciar ya.

1 stella e sono buono. premessa: prodotto che dovrebbe costare 500 euro circa.tantissima attesa. prendo warehouse quello con cinturino di plastica, poi mi accordo che (sempre warehouse) a 2 euro in + c'era la limited edition con cinturino di metallo. annullo il primo e prendo il secondo. Mi arriva un orologio con cinturino in plastica. ok. lo accendo con discreta fatica posizionandolo sul caricabatterie dal filo cortissimo (orologio da 500€). appena si avvia lo metto al polso, nessun colore sullo schermo, in penombra scansiono un qr code e mi legge modello e numero. niente app. guardo sulla scatola, nessun riferimento all'app. guardo nel manuale, in inglese...nessun riferimento all'app. vado sul play store android non esiste alcuna applicazione chiamata powerwatch2. Provo a scaricarla da Google ma senza successo. Smanetto col menu dal telefono, trovo la lingua italiana ma niente che me lo faccia "accoppiare" col telefono. sono passate quasi 2 ore e ho uno pseudo orologio casio di vecchia generazione. non riesco a farci nulla. sto già facendo il reso. francamente da un orologio di queste cifre, mi aspettavo molto ma molto d+. forse la + grande delusione da quando utilizzo amazon (incolpevole)

Leider ein unausgereiftes Produkt.Sync mit Google Fit funktionierte anfangs überhaupt nicht, durch ein Firmware Upgrade jetzt hin und wieder mal, dafür funktioniert nun die Taste zum Nachrichten abrufen nicht mehr.Das einzige was tatsächlich zuverlässig funktioniert ist die Selbstladefunktion.Und das Schlaftracking hat neulich behauptet, dass ich 34 Stunden an einem Tag geschlafen habe, die Hälfte davon eher unruhig...

Me parece una smartwatch fantástico en calidad y batería. Se vincula sin problemas al móvil. Aún teniendo un precio alto es una buena compra.

Ja, es gibt vor allem aufgrund des Preises eigentlich keinen vernünftigen Grund sich eine Powerwatch zu kaufen. Doch wer einen Fitness- Tracker sucht, der nie geladen werden muss, ist hier genau richtig. Aufgeladen wird die Smart Watch durch Körperwärme und Licht. Die Powerwatch unterstützt u.a. GPS - das dank AGPS sehr schnell die Position bestimmt- und Messen der Herzfrequenz. Die Temperatur wird auch gemessen. Normale Uhrfunktionen wie Stoppuhr und Alarme werden auch unterstützt. Mithilfe der APP kann sehr exakt eingestellt werden, welche APPs Notifications an die Uhr senden dürfen. Ja, man muss Technik begeistert sein, um sich so ein Produkt zu kaufen. Zur Sicherheit wird ein Ladegerät mitgeliefert. Dies habe ich nur am Anfang genutzt um die Smart Watch ein Mal voll zu laden. Jetzt benutze ich die Smart Watch seit einer Woche und der Akku ist noch immer voll :) . Der Support antwortet bei Fragen innerhalb von 24h; ich habe es mehrfach getestet. Da können sich andere eine Scheibe abschneiden.Alles im allen ein tolles Produkt.
