Purchased to allow my Auntie to walk her cat in the garden during lockdown. The cat likes to disappear off. get stuck somewhere and then cry for help. As my Auntie can no longer leave her own garden letting the cat out for some fresh air posed a challenge. I bought the cat a collar, which she doesn't usually wear and then the lead. We let the cat get used to the collar, which she had done by the end of the first day. My Auntie them took her outside, placed her on the ground with a treat to eat while she attached the lead. The cat didn't initially notice the lead but once it began to walk about it did. Can't says it is enthused by having it attached but it has been taking a turn around the garden on it. My Auntie then gives it a nice treat when she brings it back inside.

No way I would feel safe using this on my dog. It is cheap and nasty. Case is hard plastic likely to smash if dropped. Line is so noisy that it frightens the dog when she moves!Tried to return it but went to 2 post offices and neither take returns without labels. Then tried to change to a different type of return and lost all return options.Feel really annoyed to have spent money on a product that is unfit for purpose.

For the price its a great little product,little being the right word,its very small and i have small hands and i can just get three fingers in to hold it,great retractable lead and a good 3m length however its so hard to lock and unlock,but ok for my westie around the farm,but would be too fiddly to lock quickly on main roads sadly.

I bought this for my cat so he can wander around the garden when we aren’t there (he’s an indoor cat). Whilst this is fine for my cat, it wouldn’t be any good for a dog.The handle is very light and flimsy, it feels like a child’s toy. The lead is just ribbon. Any resistance will cause the lead to snap/break.It’s not great for a dog but fine for a cat

Nice lead. Not very think. Easy to chew through and not very strong

It’s definitely for a small dog . The handle isn’t huge but it’s perfect for my Shih Tzu!

Waste of time every time you release the lead it jams and doesnt rewind got fed up and it's in bin

We have a Bengal cat so we take her for walks so the normal lead was to short so decided to try this and very happy not to big or to small love the colour
