Today, I have tested the laminator with the free pouches included.The result of the first test was bad; but the result of the second test was perfect.Moreover, the laminator gives a smell of burnt plastic after I put switch on; I don't know if it is normal with this product.Later, it is possible I change my review after more experience with this product.

This does not have cold lamination and refund otion
The machine is hood, it worked for me, so hot lamination wise no complaints so far however I missed to see that there is no cold lamination option.We have return option but can only exchange, no refund at first go.
