This does not have cold lamination and refund otion
The machine is hood, it worked for me, so hot lamination wise no complaints so far however I missed to see that there is no cold lamination option. We have return option but can only exchange, no refund at first go.

It is a very good product as I expected. It is very simple to use. It looks nice. I prepared bookmarks and laminated with this product. I used the laminated. Sheets provided with the product. I reced all in good condition. As a satisfied customer I provided photographs of book marks made with this product.

Wait and see !
Today, I have tested the laminator with the free pouches included. The result of the first test was bad; but the result of the second test was perfect. Moreover, the laminator gives a smell of burnt plastic after I put switch on; I don't know if it is normal with this product. Later, it is possible I change my review after more experience with this product.
