Have a little problems here and there

This is a excellent & professional body camera, it takes video in complete darkness with its infrared light. It also comes with the instruction manual on a cd that you insert into your computer.

ZERO STARS, wow could you make instructions any less clear? could you put any more buttons on it that have no description in the instructions, and best of all NO WAY TO SAVE ANY IMAGES OR VIDEO TO AN OUTSIDE SOURCE. what waste of time and money.

No instructions and difficult to use, returned it.

The product is advised as new, but it was used with video and pictures of the previous owner. I wish I could give a rating of negative 5 stars.

the download disk did not work and the sender would not replace the CD, or fix the problem.

The picture quality if this camera is very good.

I’ve used this camera 4-5 days a week without a problem. Image is great.
