Saved my Job!!!
I had the embarrassing problem of vaginal varicosities, which honestly should be more mainstream as normal during pregnancy. I was in pain at work. I’m a nurse and worked 12 hour shifts all on my feet. It was so embarrassing, and I used to joke that it felt like I had a testicle. I did not think I would be able to make it through my pregnancy and we could not afford me to not work. I also wanted to work because I love my job! When I found this after my OB told me about it, I felt like my life had been saved. It held me in place and put compression in the exact spots I needed. I was able to work until I delivered. No joke I delivered two weeks early. My water broke during my shift.

So much relief
In my second pregnancy I got vulvar varicosities and it is incredibly painful. I could barely stand it and had almost no relief. Then I bought this band and after wearing it for a few days, my varicose vain pain was non-existent while wearing the band, and far less when not wearing it! I am thrilled with this product!! I'm giving it 5 stars because it does work so well, but I will say I wish there was a size between the small and large. The small is just barely too small for me, and with the large I had so much extra band that I had to wrap around myself. That really annoyed me at first, but after using the product for a few days, I didnt care anymore because this band brought me so much relief!! If you have vulvar varicosities, buy this! I waited because I didn't believe how much it could help, but it worth every penny!

It helps prevent pain, but it not very low key
I am 5'6" and 128 pre-pregnancy and 146 now at 28 weeks. I wore this on and off for the last few days. I have a varicose vein somewhere running from the front of the pelvis under the right buttock to the back that causes me a lot of pain the longer I stand and walk around. This is my 4th baby and I'm 28 weeks. I've been dealing with the varicose vein pain for the last 2 months, and it makes daily life harder. When I put this on, I didn't feel immediate relief, but it did prevent the pain from getting worse. Also, when I put it on in the morning and stood for 5 straight hours helping at a garage sale, I did not feel any pelvic pain from my varicose vein. Therefore, I conclude that it actually does support the pelvis and can prevent pain in the pelvis from varicose veins.Style wise, if you want to wear on top of your clothes, you can wear it on top of black leggings and then put a dress, skirt or long shirt to cover it.In the photo I pulled up my long sweater, which hid the band quite well.I am giving it 4 stars because it's quite expensive, and it can't really be worn under anything but loose fitting clothing unless you simply don't care about how it looks on you. Also, the more times you take it on and off to pee, it tends to bunch up a little at the Velcro where attached in the back. This requires some readjusting sometimes to eliminate little bumps in the band where the back straps attach. Also, it is difficult to sit in it. I feel too much pressure in my pelvis and can't sit up straight in it. To drive or sit down, I usually remove it by pulling it down like underwear.Update at 30 weeks - I seriously do not know how I would make it through the day without this.I used to have to sit down or strap an ice pack to the front of my pelvis every hour because of the varicose vein pain. Now, I don't need an ice pack at all as long as I wear it all day.I have been wearing sometimes on top of regular underwear, and it does make me sweat more, so I change at least once a day.Other times I'll wear black leggings and a long shirt that covers by bottom and it doesn't show.

Just ok
I am pregnant with my third. I have had varicose veins in my pelvic area and needed some support. I already owned a MamaStrut, which is way more supportive, but as I was wearing it everyday, I wanted a second option for when I was washing the other. I ordered the large as I was afraid the small would be too small as I was growing. Wish I had done the small. The large is so large wrapped around, I have about a 6-8 inch tail that will not stay tucked in to the velcroed part. The support straps that come up through the crotch are also not near as supportive as the MamaStrut. This belly band is nice to wear under leggings as it doesn’t show as much, but does not provide as much support as I had hoped.

Not worth the money
I’m super disappointed with this belt. After reading the great reviews, I really had high hopes for this. I suffer from really bad pelvic girdle pain while pregnant, and this belt did nothing for me. It’s super uncomfortable and not practical at all. You have to undo all the straps every time you go to the bathroom, and we all know that during pregnancy, that’s pretty often. The belt slides down constantly, so I don’t get the support I need. Also, Amazon continuously sent me the wrong size and not what I ordered so I ended up having to order it from target to get the right size. Very frustrating when I’m already dealing with pain, waited so long for this belt, and then it did nothing for me. A regular pregnancy belt gave me more relief for half the price, and I don’t have to take it off constantly to pee.

Great for pregnant moms with varicose veins
I’m in my fourth pregnancy and I get vulvar varicosities when pregnant. This can make extended periods of time on my feet especially painful. This band gives me the support I need! If you experience the same condition you know that you want to walk around holding everything up down there and this does that!I’m a stay at home mom so I just wear it on the outside of my clothes as needed. I’m not sure how discreet it would be to wear under your pants/bottoms. So far the elastic has held up great but I’ve got about 20 more weeks to go so we will see!

Weird sizing, but quality velcro
The velcro was way better than my other belt, but I had an issue with sizing. I normally wear a size 8 when not pregnant. The small band wouldn't even go around my waist. I returned and bought the larger band and it was way too big. I couldn't get anything to feel tight enough to help support.
