I love this stuff because it has given me the confidence to root new plants and has helped me be successful. This is amazing stuff. I think the plants sprout roots as soon as they see the package. I highly recommend this stuff. It will work for you.

This product is stellar! I had never cloned before, and wasn't sure just how well this experience would be. But with this product, it is really a no brainer! Following the instructions, and within 15 days I had 6 out of 6 beautiful little babies from 2 different strains ready for planting! 5 were ready within 10 days. But 1 took a little longer. I will continue to use this product, and that is for sure!Update 6/8/13: I have cloned several times now, and still 100% success with every single cutting! This product, along with a cheap $10 "Green House" from Wally World (w/peat pellets included), and you just can't go wrong! (The peat pellets are much easier to use rather than rock wool, IMO, because you don't have any pH concerns!)

When I try to propagate my flowers with Clonex roots always grow faster and bigger. I mean every timeSometime I put it in test. Take two glasses and put one cutting in clean water and other one in water with Clonex. All the time Clonex make bigger roots fastSo now it’s my staple in propagation bushes and flowers

Worked for some of my plants but not for all. I'm sure the failed propagation was probably due to the type of plants seeing as it worked very successfully with other species.

After reading very good reviews about this product, I bought the sachet and was eagerly waiting to try it on my Holy Basil plant. I cut 2 small stems from the plant followed the instructions and put it in a small pot containing potting soil. After few days, all the leaves dried up even after maintaining the soil and surrounding conditions moist. I was hoping and thinking that this was common and finally the stem would revive once the roots grew. I was in a for a bad and terrible surprise. After, 8 days or so, I took the stem out only to notice that not even a single root has grown from the stem (ditto with the other one too). A big disappointment. Not sure if I had done something wrong. I read up other reviews and looks like I did the right thing. I am going to give it one last try and if it doesn't work, u know where this gel is going to end up...

I'm a senior citizen, but a novice gardner. My neighbor recommended this product and I got it and tried it on several cactus cuttings. I know cacti are easy to root, but mine did so strongly and quickly. I'm sure the Clonex rooting hormone was very beneficial. I've gotten cuttings from other plants and used the Clonex with great results as well. I need to buy the larger size package.

Clonex shipped quickly. This is my first attempt at cloning. Took cuttings from 3 plants, immediately put the cuttings in water to prevent air bubble forming, dipped in Clonex and placed in Rapid Rotter which I kept moist. Within 2 weeks I got root growth from 2 of the clones, lost the third.The product does what it says it will. This package is small and is probably enough for 20 clones but perfect for first timers.
