Cheap cart made of plastic does work, but not for too long with lots of use.
I am ordering the second one of these after dragging the other one after me loaded with hand weights, balls, etc. for my Pilates and bootybarre classes for more than 4 years. The sides were still good as was the retractable handle, but the bottom had cracked and was dragging the ground, the top front edge had cracked, and several of the tabs which held the supports which keep it unfolded--i.e., open--and the sides connected to each other had broken off. I've had baling string tied in every direction around it to hold it together for over a year now. I was hesitant to replace it with another of the same type since a manager in one of the Office Depot locations said they would not replace it for free when that was what my husband had understood from the warranty when he bought it for me. I finally had to get another wheely cart though, and although I would have preferred to get another brand since Office Depot was so snotty to us about this, I found nothing else I could load with equipment and fit into my hatchback. Other carts I found that would support the weight of all the dumbells would not fit into the hatchback unfolded up, so I would have had to load the folded cart into the car as well as the dumbells, arrive at class and set up the cart and load it from the car, return after class and unload the cart again to get it into the car, reload it when I got home, and then unload the dumbells into their storage and fold up and store the cart--way too much effort, and all the other carts that could handle the load were 3-5 times the price of this one from Office Depot. So, I gave myself an attitude adjustment--it's made of plastic, so it won't last that long, but it is cheap and does the job best of all I've seen.

Folding is useful, stability remains to be seen
I haven't had this for long but the reason I purchased it is for the folding feature. I moved into a high-rise recently and need something to help me carry items in from the car all at once rather than making several trips. I bought this so I would have something folded up in the car and those big wire shopping carts are so ... big. I have used this recently to carry in (2) 20lb. bags of potting soil and on another occasion, a big box of kitty litter. Where I live there are steps to go down in the outer lobby and unfortunately I've had to - or felt I should - lift the cart down over the steps because the wheels are small and I don't think it's capable of lasting very long if I go bump-bumping it down steps. This is truthfully made as an office accessory (hence coming from Office Depot) to carry file boxes and such on smooth, non stressful surfaces. It has worked well enough for my purposes so far, but long-term I'm not sure. If I were walking home from a grocery store or needing to go down steps, I'd feel this wouldn't be the optimal choice and would opt for a cart with those tri-spoked wheels for steps, or at least something designed for heavy duty functionality. The drawback there is obviously heavier weight to the cart and/or bulkiness, so I suppose you have to make your choice based on what you need it to do and what you want to carry and maneuver so far as the cart itself. One criticism is that the handle doesn't seem to be securely inside the plastic of the cube. It's pretty loose and I don't see a way to get in there and tighten it, so I hope it doesn't come apart.

Works great!
I bought this as a gift for my boss. He's an attorney and some days he has lots of hearings and this makes it easy for him to tote client files (both legal and regular sized). I got the red one just for fun and I used a regular Avery shipping label to put his law firm contact info on it. The last one he had, finally started falling apart - the actual container. The wheels and handle and the mechanism that allows the handle to be adjustable were still in perfect working order. I don't know how long he had that one (may 2-3 yrs) but it got used a lot. So for that reason, I can safely guess, it's a good bang for the buck.

more durable than other trollies
I take this "trolly" to work 180 days a year and treat it with relative care (not taking on steps or overloading). I have had it for about two years with no breakage issues on the body. The handle has just begun to stick in the last few months, which needs a jiggle to reinsert. The cheaper, generic models lasted for a few months with broken plastic pieces on the bottom.I wish the wheels were a little bigger...small rocks, sticks, and leaves get stuck and dragged beneath when rolling on smooth cement.

It's bigger than I thought!
I really didn't imagine how big it would be. When all collapsed down it is like a briefcase. The lid does not connect to the collapsed bin. You unlock it, open it up, and drop down the bottom. It's that easy! The push button pops up the handle and it can go anywhere. I went on the sidewalk, a little in the dirt, hardwood floor and carpet. It's rolls nicely. Everyone was commenting on how cool it is! It fits so much stuff inside and then a case of water on top and more. You can sit on it. It's very sturdy but also lightweight at the same time. I am very happy with this.

Love It
My original folding cart (not an Office Depot one) broke after years of use and abuse. So far I love it. It's a little larger than the one I had before which is a good thing. I was lost without my cart. I use it to lug groceries from my car to my house. Without this type of cart I'd have to make two or three trips to get all my groceries inside. My sister couldn't believe it when I used it at here house (my original cart) to take all her groceries inside in one trip. She now has one (this one actually). I don't go grocery shopping without it. Actually I don't travel without it.

Makes the job easy
I love this. I brought this for myself to help me take things in the house without having to go back and forth to my car, groceries, presents, etc. To my surprise this has shortened my trips and has also helped me inside the house as well. In just a short time I have put this rolling cart to work. I was able to deliver my presents with ease to family houses before Christmas. I’ve gotten groceries in the house without making several trips and I’ve been able to transfer several papers to my office without having to go back and forth too many times. I love this rolling cart.
