Tricky in the beginning to learn how to use it but it’s not that hard to figure out. The battery is what you will love the most. last forever. My wife uses this only as an Alarm. I got this for here because she gets up a lot earlier then I do and her phone alarm always wakes me up. This will vibrate and wake her up without me even noticing anything.

I never write reviews, but this is a pretty impactful little tool. I am a heavy sleeper, like if I was laying on train tracks the train went over me, I’d still be laying there sound asleep. I’m impossible to wake up, my husband always gets nervous I might be dead.With that said, I can’t believe how effective this little watch is. It’s super lightweight and after two nights I was used to wearing it. I’m not sure if this would really help to wake me on it’s own, but the vibrations paired with the noise from my alarm definitely can bring me to somewhat conscious, which helps. Nothing else has ever helped. I’m sold!

The watch was everything I needed it to be however the metal piece detached and would not repair.

I bought this to wear at night as an alarm that doesn’t wake my husband up when I get up early to exercise. The charge lasts a looooong time with this amount of use.

Love it .. It even tells you when you need to charge it.. Love some much not sure if it is water proof .. I am very sure it is not water able...well everyone needs one like this if they need to take pills.. Or are deaf it has a very great vibration for your arm to alert you for things.. Love it..

This watch is exactly what my daughter needed as she went into school for her very 1st time and as she is a transplant transplant patient and needs to drink a ton of water during the day, she needed a little reminder that was also quiet during school and this was exactly what we needed. However, the very 1st time I took the watch part out of the band to charge it the very thin material tore! Since it's still stayed in place and we really needed it, we kept using it. After the 3rd day when I went to take it out again it broke completely in half! I'm really dissapointed. We really need this and now we can't use it!

This product is very easy to learn to set up, comes in a variety of wrist band colors. I am a super heavy sleeper and I bought this to try to see if the vibration mode and sound would wake me up. It doesn’t at all. I tried several times.. I could be great though for someone who sleeps more normally. I do also find this is a great piece to wear for reminding myself to do various tasks while I am awake.

I purchased this to help me remember to take my pills. I set it up and it made remembering so easy. Now if I can just remember to wear it every day.
