This is a nice shoulder bag. It has a little bit of weight to it, but not in a bad way. It fits nicely on the shoulder. However, the zippers seem very cheap. The main zipper seems to be okay, but the inside zipper pockets do not stay zipped. Other than that, it is a great purse. Shipping was super fast, and packaging was great. Overall, I give it a 4 out of 5 stars!

This handbag is just what I was looking for. I have not used the shoulder strap as of yet but when I go shopping this is where it will come in hand. This bag can be warn on the shoulder using the small strap. The bag looks good and sturdy and can be used for going out.

This is a beautiful bag. The color was listed as dark grey but the picture is very accurate, it's a grayish taupe, neutral and in my opinion would go with anything. The shoulder strap comes inside the bag, to use if needed, and the handles shown unsnap so can be removed if desired. There's an inside zipper in the center of the bag, and a small zippered bag is included (about 3"x4"), it's shown hanging on the side of the bag in the photo. The bag is very flexible and bends easily. The handle height is perfect for me as I carry my bags.The cons for me are the size/weight. I wanted a roomy bag for traveling, that's why I ordered this, but I haven't bought a new bag for many years and I forgot weight is an issue. I need a very lightweight bag so when I fill it it isn't too heavy for me. In that respect a bag specifically designed for travel may be best, one that's fabric. Leather is typically light and supple, but this quality leather substitute is very heavy. The outside zipper on the pocket was split when I received the bag, and the zipper clicks every time I zipped it over that spot. After reading many reviews about zippers that don't work right it was a red flag for me. Having said that it's a heavy zipper, all the hardware is very good quality. Another negative for me is the inside center zipper pocket. It runs the length of the bag. This pocket is attached to the lining on both sides and knowing how I use my bags I would be afraid it would tear away from the lining pretty easily just in the normal process of getting in and out of the bag.

I was disappointed with the color as it was more of a brown but the bag itself was very nice. I like the way JOYaSON handled my problem with the color they are a great company to purchase from. I will try more of there bags as i am a purse and shoe addict.

Love this handbag and I also receive a few compliments. The reason for 4 star that the straps does not seem so durable so my advice is, do not put too much stuff in handbag.
