I bought this panel to replace a $500+ unit that I bought 9-10 years ago. It was fairly easy to install. The supply hoses that came with the unit would not fit the shut off valves I had so had to buy new ones. It wasn't a big deal IMO. I read some reviews about concerns about the pressure of the water coming through the unit. While not spelled out in the instruction manual, on the back of the panel, there is a white tag indicating where the flow restrictor is installed (evidently to meet some of the states regulations). It was very simple to loosen the connector and remove the small plastic piece that slows down the water flow. MAN this shower puts out some water! In rainshower mode it really beats down on you - in a good way. Since each mode selector (rainshower, waterfall, spa spray, handle spray) can not only be turned on/off individually but also adjust the volume of the flow, you can dial it back if the volume of water is too much for you. I'm really enjoying the new panel. I can't comment on longevity or durability as it is less than a week old but here's hoping it lasts as long as my other panel. It is a great value for under $200!

This looks great in our shower and installed as described in the description and the manual. However, I am very handy with tools and would say this is not a project for a new DIYer. It can be difficult if your current plumbing is not set up exactly to accept this setup. I had to cut through tile and replace my valve and convert the plumbing. This is NOT the fault of the product. I knew going into this I would have issues. Just explaining so that buyers know the risks. This product is beautiful and works exactly as advertised.

I never write a review about a product bought before but I really needed to share how amazing this shower works and how beautiful and sophisticated it looks. I am in love with this shower; I love the look, the water pressure, and the jets. So, if you are looking for not only a beautiful shower but a great quality one, this is it!!!!! I am so happy I decided to buy this one!!!!!

Product is made of thin steel. It's so thin the bottom of one of the panels we have is warped at the bottom and doesn't sit flush with the wall. The product looks nice but I'm doubtful it'll hold up for more than a year. For instance, the shower handle is made of plastic !!! and doesn't even fit on the holder. The only way for the handle to stay in its spot is by carefully balancing it and facing the front towards the wall. I'm really disappointed with this product and there is no way to contact the manufacturer with my issues.

As part of my guest bathroom full remodeling, I purchased this shower panel. It was installed by a professional plumber, but looks to be easy to install. The various showering functions are so joyful to use. One important feature is the separate controls of water temperature and the rate of water flow for each of the various showering options. it's a great system.

Before buying this shower I did quite a bit of research and consulted all customer reviews, both positive and negative. Now that the shower panel is installed and in use I am very happy with it and you will be too if you are OK with the following facts and recommendations: 1. Hire a professional to install it. While it is possible to install it yourself many people complained that it is difficult and the product manual recommends it. My plumber installed it quickly without any trouble. 2. The height of the panel is 47.75 inches and not the advertised 51.2 inches! 3. The rate of water flow is considerably less than my other shower so the water pressure is adequate and this panel just has lower flow. My wife is very happy with the gentler flow and that's good enough for me but I must admit I would have liked to have it stronger. 4. The picture on the Amazon site shows a handheld shower head mounted on the left side of the panel. I liked that because it made the shower head and hose less visible from the bathroom. That's fine if you are lefthanded or ambidextrous like me but it might be clumsy for a righthanded person. However, the manual shows both left and right versions so it might be possible to specify what you want. 5. Some customers complained that the hoses which are included in the panel are too short for connection to water mains. That is true but it is true for all shower panels and it is not a problem. My plumber had in his truck standard connection hoses and he promptly used them. 6. My plumber confirmed the opinion of some that the supplied hose clamps are of inadequate quality. Again no problem to use better quality standard clamps that any plumber would have in his toolbox.

The most important feature to us was being able to use all the functions at the same time. It's exactly feasible to use all the functions. We enjoy the rain shower head and massages jets at the same time. The kids love the wife was happy. Best of all it was super easy to install. Leak free and fast installation I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to upgrade their shower system for less then $300. Update we still love it and have had zero issues with the unit.

Best shower I ever had. Awesome

We installed this product in our shower in December 2023 2024 and love it. The individual controls for all functions is absolutely fantastic. We have been using the product for over 9 months and the only issue we have experienced is a slight degrading of the finish, that resulted in a cosmetic imperfection. We called the manufacturer and after providing the proof of purchase we had a brand new product. No hassles and the product was at our door within three days of contact. Absolutely amazing!!

The water pressure in the rainfall is strong even when the massage jets are on as well. Controls are easy to use. I would suggest the controls be more clearly marked otherwise all is very good .

The shower head has a factory defect that flooded my main floor. Also, Amazon is unable to provide me with a refund since it has passed the return deadline.

When first arrived, it said made in China, which it did not say on web, as I stay away from anything from China, We installed it as we had been waiting a few days at that time to have the shower back running, looked at all the connections they seemed good the two at the top I put on, I tightened to the full. Caulked everything up and run through all the different sprays, then using the hand held unit, to clean down the shower, the hose let go in the back, After a little cussing, and the old saying, its junk if coming from China, It lived up to hat saying then. retightened everything else, reinstalled, all seems to be good now. Looks good and like the features. just wish it was Canadian made, as now feel a little guilty, but needed it, and was not going to wait for another one.
