This Cooling Vest works great on my Dog. During the afternoons and the peak of the hot days this vest does the trick to keep her cool and comfortable. My Dog has a tendency to get hot quickly when outdoors during the hottest part of the day. She usually comes back into the house panting and breathing heavy. It takes a while for her to get back to normal breathing. Using the Cooling Vest works GREAT! No more breathing heavy and panting to cool her body down. This Cooling Vest works to keep our Dog comfortable and cool. When we received the Cooling Vest we were surprised how well made it was and how easy it was to put on our dog. We like the Velcro and zipper combination. We usually close the Velcro first then zip up the vest. This step works great when your dog is in a hurry to get outdoors. The zipper is well made and there is a small flap to help keep the fur away from the zipper. Another feature we like is the built-in Metal loop to teather a leash or to fasten to her Doggie Car Seat. This works great when traveling in the car with no additional harness to put over the Cooling Vest. If you Dog gets hot quickly and comes back indoors breathing heavy to cool down you need this vest. We are buying another one so our daughter has one when she takes our dog for the day/evening. We are completely satisfied with this purchase!

Corgi Chihuhua mix - 16 1/2 pounds. Large fits perfectly. It looks nice, fits and zips easily. Love the loops for the leash. Cooling works great (and that is in Texas). My only issue is the orange is fading onto the gray in spots now. (that is the 4 stars for durability) Only had it about 2 weeks I think. I have not washed it so that is not the problem. I plan on washing it today on cold.

Items are easy to use. Run it under cold water wring it out and tada! Keeps my babies cool in this humidity hot summer of Michigan. I like the fact that it's a harness as Pomskies are not supoksed to be using collars as they may have trachea issues from the pomeranian side. The only thing is that It doesn't fit well. Even getting the smallest size and tightening it. It still doesn't fit well and tyrn slight to their side of body. Other than that it's pretty great! My girls are mini and under 11lbs. I just wish it came in purple and pink. Ppl think my girls are boys... It's okay tho I'll most likely use my silhouette like I did for their life jackets that were only available in blue and green. With their names HTV on it ppl now know

This vest is awesome! I ordered it last minute for a trip and it showed up on time and fit. I did get a different size first. His measurements fell in the large category but medium fit him perfectly. He’s a big boy at almost 30 pounds. He needs surgery to help his breathing. He normally pants bad and struggled after a few minutes in the heat. The first two days in this in about 80 degree weather he was out for over an hour enjoying himself, running around, not panting at all and didn’t even want water after hiking and playing in the river. He normally tries to drink tons. I never leave reviews but this vest actually brought tears to my eyes because he was able to enjoy our trip with our other two dogs. I did keep rewetting it because he liked it and just for reassurance but it kept him cool long after. Even passed out on my lap on the way home he was cool, comfortable and cooking me down!! Don’t hesitate for the price.

The media could not be loaded.  My little man is pretty picky with the harnesses he gets, if it’s too tight he’ll stand there like a stiff board, too loose and it get peed on and wabbles around. This one is perfect, and I like that it’s a full zip up theres no chance of him slipping out. A bonus feature is the back part where you clip the leash, most of them the metal part leaves the leash clip hanging on his back, causing him to walk at a slant or “side walk”, this one holds the metal clip off of his back so he’s been walking perfectly straight! Potentially saving him from future back problems. 10/10 with this harness, and I look forward to testing the cooling affect when the need arises.

I bought this vest for my mini cockapoo for walks on hot summer days. She was being lazy and seemed crabby, not wanting to walk, laying down, being stubborn, asking to be picked up. This cooling vest lowers her body temp well. When she's wearing it, she has extra spring in her step, enjoys her walks, and she's happy. Her energy and attitude are much higher. She's not thrilled when I put it on her, but isn't so fussy that it's hard to do. As soon as we are outside she seems grateful, and now she can keep up with her companion a hyper doodle mix.

This vest is made plenty sturdy. We have a 10 lb. Shichon, and the extra small just a little too big. But she still wears it. Just not sure if I’m using it correctly. She is pretty wet when I take it off her, even though I have wrung it out per instructions. But, I give it more time.

Very Pleased with This Cooling Vest. My Small Yorkie would never have been able to go outside even for a few Minutes without This Vest on. I Received it Today and was anxious to see how it would work here in New York with a Temperature of 91 Degrees. She seemed comfortable with the Fit and ease of putting it on. I only allowed her a very brief walk for 4 mins. She was so Happy just to get outside of the House and get a change of Scenery. "Precious" has Congestive Heart Failure, Heart Valve Disease, and a Collapsed Trachea. Here's my Point, I would never had risked taking Her out in this Hot Weather for even a Minute, but with this Vest on, I immediately monitored and noticed that she was not over heating, her skin under the vest remained cool, and Remarkably Not much Panting when she came back inside. So for those who have a Fur Baby whether Healthy or Sick and want to give them the Best Quality of Life without complete restrictions, I recommend this Cooling Vest, even if it's just for a Brief Walk outside in the Summer.
