Great Price for Functionality of a Waterproof Boot
Quick Summary: This boot was very surprising at how functional it was for the price. Slips on and off easily. Overall fits well for a waterproof/winter boot. Matched my need perfectly.Pros:• The price is great for how functional the boot is• Easy slip on and off, even for large size (size 14)• Thinsulate liner is comfortable and warm• Boot construction seems like it will be waterproof even in deep snow or puddles of water• Size comes a little oversized which helps for thick/layered socksCons:• Very heavy/clunky• Not the best looking/most fashionable boot out there• Oversizing might be an issue if not using thick/layered socksSpecific Ratings:• Price: 5/5• Functionality: 4/5• Looks 3/5• Fit 4/5Full Summary: I am very impressed with this boot, especially given the price I paid ($46.99 US). I was looking for a boot I could slip on and off easily to take my dog out in the rain or snow. I looked at many boots online, including fashionable ones, but found myself leaning towards a truly functional waterproof boot regardless of looks. The first time I wore the boots, I was very impressed that I could slip on a calf height boot with my size (14 US). I have had boots in the past and almost all I had to unlace virtually to the toe in order to get them on, especially if I had thick socks on. That is no problem with this boot. I never even touched the laces when I slipped them on.At first, I noticed how comfortable and warm they felt with the Thinsulate lining. It was 30 degrees and raining and I just had on a pair of thin nylon dress socks from work. I walked out side and my feet never came close to being cold or wet.The next thing I noticed, as I was walking in them, is how heavy and clunky they are. I actually had to adjust my gate to walk in them – imagine walking in those Japanese sandles where youd have to pick up your leg and intentionally take a step. It was odd, but this adjustment was mainly because they were so heavy and were a bit-oversized, so they slipped up and down my foot/leg while I walked. Overall, I am ok with that though because the oversizing will come in handy when I layer up for winter or maybe use hot packs on my feet at a football game (I will update on that when I try it later). I do believe if you lace them up tightly this slipping issue wont be much of an issue – again, I am using them mainly to take my dog out, so slipping off and on easily is fantastic. They are extremely durable – my St Bernard puppy who is going crazy and chewing/tearing up everything we own right now tried to chew on the bottom of these and did absolutely zero damage to them – and I felt nothing too. It was funny watching him try and me just stand there and not say anything – he was disappointed he couldn’t make me react. HAHA.The only real downfall I might give to these, although its not a huge issue for me given what I mainly use them for, is that they aren’t very pretty. They look as big and clunky as they feel. They definitely aren’t like the ladies Hunter fashion rain boots or any other fashionable waterproof boots. They built these for functionality and I’m fine with that.I would definitely recommend these boots to anyone looking for true waterproof functionality.

Great winter boot
These are great winter boots! They are soft, warm and water proof! I also love how thick the thread is to help with walking in the snow/ice

Solid winter boot!!
They are not really fancy or pretty. They are just a basic design with a really great waterproof/ snow proof, anti slip boot!! Super warm and comfy too!Highly recommend for high snow areas.

Great snow and cold weather boots.
I took a gamble on these, as I needed winter snow boots for 35 down to zero degrees. Great cut traction soles, insulated boot uppers, soft form fitting inside feer/ties area, lightweight, and they are true to size for me at size 11s. If you wish to wear heavier or multiple socks, go atleast 1/2 size larger. I've not been able to test the waterproof yet, but so far, their description has been right on target. I would not classify them as industrial or construction wear, but for everything else, they should do well.

Mainer Approved!
Very sturdy, very warm, great tread. My least favorite part of dealing with snow is when it ends up in my boots and the gator top is my favorite thing ever. Perfect for tramping through deep drifts. The lining is incredibly soft and keeps my feet straight up HOT. The lacing can be adjusted to be super snug or left looser so you can pop the boots quickly on and off. These are my favorite winter boots I’ve ever owned.

Still Love these boots
Alright, I am a ski instructor and this year was a first, due to critical people shortage we volunteered to help run lifts at the resort. This requires standing in snow and cold for extended periods of time. I could wear my Snowboard boots, which are also very warm, but bulky and my insulated pants are not made to wear with snowboard boots. Went into work the other day, our coldest of the year so for -7 ferinheight my feet stayed warm and dry for the 6.5 hours I worked, boots are light weight, and comfortable. I only wear a wool ski sock under but in winter, outside I never wear cotton socks. If I had a complaint against this boot is that the fit at the heel feels a little loose, but having a really wide foot, I usually get a size or half size larger shoe when I can’t get the shoe in a wide. Being a value priced boot, similar boots I looked at with big well known names cost two to three times as much, I hope that the boots hold up, through several seasons.Update about to go into my second season with these boots. Still happy with this purchase.

Comfort and warmth
My husband finally went upstate to snowmobile. He said the boots worked just the way he needed them to. His feet stayed dry, warm and comfortable.

Comfortable and warm
I bought these for walking my dog through the woods in deep shoe and the spring melty, muddy, mess. These are warm and easy to slip on and off. They are also very water proof(well walking by the pond edge I slipped and put my foot through the ice and it stayed bone dry). The length is true to size but it is pretty wide even with heavy socks. The tread is pretty good so you get decent traction on the snow and ice.The biggest issue is that these shoes have no ankle support, so between the extra width and no support your foot can slip sideways inside the boot. I will likely get some inserts to help give the extra support.

Overall great boots
This boots are really comfortable, durable and effective in keeping my feet's warm and dry in snowy conditions. They have a great waterproof construction ,which helps keep to keep water out and prevent moisture from seeping in. This boots are also well-insulated, providing warmth and protection in our Canadian weather. I also appreciate the excellent tractions of the boots, the good grip and provided stability on slippery surfaces, which make them really stable on hiking and walking in snowy conditions or icy conditions. In terms of comfort, the boots have a cushioned insole and good support for the feet. I also noticed that the boots have some roomy toe box, that allows comfortable movements and no discomfort or pinching. I had to order one size up, Im usually a 9 and base on the reviews that recommended size up, I purchased a 9.5. So definitely size up.Overall is a great product, and a great option for snow boots, they are reliable and comfortable . So based on my experience with the product I definitely recommend.

Good except velcro straps are too long and boots leak quickly in water
The seller recommended to order them a bit big, so I ordered size 11. 10.5 is my optimal size, but half sizes weren't available. I now think I could have been comfortable in 10s. These boots are secured by convient velcro straps instead of laces but the straps are too long so that a tight strap just catches the last little bit of the velcro and there's a long piece of strap that flaps around. So far these haven't caught on anything or come open so maybe it wont be a problem. Otherwise the boots are comfortable, warm, and have an aggressive tread that doesnt slip around on snow. There's lots of stitching on the lower boot that admits water if it's deeper than an inch or so. I sealed the stitching with flexible glue and that slowed but didn't dominate the leaks.
